Exciting and bittersweet day today, leaving the most wonderful group of people I have ever worked with, onto my next chapter towards following my passions and energy. A creative sabbatical is ahead, taking a sharp set of skills in business, strategy, technology, management, and pairing it with the rest of myself. Can no longer split these pieces. Excited to endeavor forward and and present these two parts as an uncompromisable pair of one whole.

I鈥檇 say our relaxation relationship is one of blissful co-existence. Tess prefers the book in hand, while I鈥檒l take the drone remote.

Pedra Longa on the Ogliastra coast. Add the soundtrack of a dozen goats and their bells right next to me while flying my drone. They weren鈥檛 the biggest fans. 馃悙

As @chriseck24 likes to tease, I was in full Snoopy mode with goggles on laying on my back, but what he didn't get to see was that I was flying in an out of the fog and scraping the tops of the trees. That's my happy place.

Another Montego Bay view from up on high. The Hammerstein Highland House in frame where Oscar Hammerstein wrote that the hills were alive for the Sound of Music. I suppose I can relate to the inspiration.

Our quick birthday jaunt for @tessdepaula to Jamaica had some wonderful surprises including reefs and birds among the best in the world. Oh also I now have an addiction to jerk chicken.

The flooding forests of the Rio Negro in the Amazon create lakes that last 6 months as the level rises 15 feet. Here we're looking across the 10 mile width of the river over one of 400 islands. 馃槷

I'm a sucker for dramatic light / completely inept at taking an interesting picture between the hours of 10am and 5pm.

The Eureka Dune is one of two in the world that resonates with a deep roar from the friction of sand sliding over itself when it moves. We'd slide down the dune shifting as much sand as possible around us, generating tones, vibrating the ground, and being immersed in nature on a whole new level. It was truly wild!
