Dresden was 1000% justified for his emotions pre-redemption arc. Wrong execution? Definitely, but I'd be cruel cold and illogical too if I went through that shit. I'd even say that I'd be worse if what Dresden went through happened to me.

I have a weirdly burning hatred for scout the scout for some reason. Like we’ve only here’d from him once but I HATE his voice like he makes me angry and he doesn’t sound like a nice person, Harold seems genuinely kind (other than the killing) because he just seems warm but scout seems more like he’s trying to be nice but it’s slipping through

This could just be me but vasilia needs a girlfriend and by that I mean a sword enthusiast lesbian girlfriend because we all know that would be amazing and iconic

Possibly a controversial opinion but the LAFF trio have a better written relationship and dynamic then the Mavericks I say this because with the Mavericks we're supposed to infer they have grown very close in a very short amount of time but with alshia's trio we get to see them form and their dynamic as a group that the other two don't really like each other and are really just in it for the sake of the mission and to a lesser extent or greater extent depending on which one we're looking at alshia herself

Here's something that I don't think the good Mr Pearson realized or realizes when writing Alexis from the perspective of a Christian man the fact that she has literally seemingly No doubt in her belief system that isn't true for all Christians and personally I think portraying the Christians 100% believe in our God / Jesus without a sliver of doubt gives us something of a messed up inner conflict about our own beliefs and how strong they really are I'm not saying this to be mean but it's from the perspective of someone who actually is Christian and on some level is a part of that religion

This isn't really a negative or positive thing but I'm beginning to wonder if Alexis constantly has God of second chances from Jonah a VeggieTales movie playing in the back of her head that or hellfire both fit because religion

Have to say but after rediscovering my own connection to Christianity I appreciate Alexis a lot more now

And wish to see Benny's perspective on the Christian faith which I'm sure is very different from Alexis's

Tamika's reaction to being told that Arava is redeemable and trying to change of your undermine control right is probably the most realistic thing someone in a superhero narrative can say when being told that a super villain is currently going through redemption Arc and deserves forgiveness

The fact that Jake's take away from last night's episode is I have a girlfriend when you consider that alsiah has just had both of her legs broken and had her support system she built for herself in her time at the LAFF taken away from her it's kind of stupid it makes Jake really annoying at least in that episode he's improved lately in general but the stuff with Ana lately has been annoying

This may be a bit mean but as much as I love Pop cross as a author and how he writes stories it's safe to say that his default with romance is essentially picking two characters he wants to gather and saying now kiss when it comes to actually writing people in a relationship he does much better at showing things like chemistry and how well they work together as a couple well that doesn't change the fact that basically all the couples in his work get together in a now kiss type way with the actual romance stories not really being super present

alsya: hey there i am going to slip into something more comfortable and why don't you do the same

jake while in a mechsuit: cool see you later!

alsya: do you not get it??

i really just want jake to learn something about his powers like ana learned that she could phase thru things not just ppl, i want jake to realize he could maybe like dash or flamethrower just give him SOMETHING I BEG OF THEE POPULAR CROSSOVERS

Popcross has said many times before that Evangeline Trismegistus has a bird beak, but he's also said that she has a warm smile, something that I don't really imagine would look natural on a being with a beak-

This has lead to the mental image whenever she comes up that she looks like some kind of Ars Goetia, a family line from Helluva Boss. (This also stems from the fact that she is overall intended to be a very comforting and wise character, and I associate many positive traits like that with avian creatures)
