Country boy was off work today so I convinced him to go for a walk. I thought it was nice out, my car said 55 and it was sunny. However the wind was ripping right through us and even the dogs were excited when we turned about at the end of the block.
I tried to restart couch to 5 today. It was hard. I’m mad that I let myself fall this far back from where I was. I had to change my goal to just getting a mile in. Not gonna lie, this was kind of upsetting.
I know I took some time off lol it usually happens a when I fall of the wagon but I’m this case I was focusing on school. Now I’m back, and that’s what’s important 💃🏻💪🏼
Sooooo close to eating fast food but settled for sushi. Getting dinner with my friend I reached out to. Just goes to show that people will make time for you, when you make time for them. Even if it’s only a text

-reach out to my two friends who I think things have been distant since the fire
-see my long distance friend! She will be in the area and agreed to meet up for a bit.
