You might say "But V! The united states HATES terrorists!" And youre right. They do. Thats specifically why they use them, they view the people they target as collateral damage, and the terrorists themselves as a resource.

The United States uses terrorism to destabilize established nations, as false flag operations to further corporate profits, and as a means of proxy war. Sometimes all at the same time. It's important to note that terrorism isn't held in monopoly by the people, on the contrary it's the state itself that propagates this lie. A lie it needs for most of it's terrorist goals to work.
