So, I was talking to a friend about my Greek God SC AU, trying to figure out who I had left, before I start on the Nightmare Critters.

Because I hate myself.

So I have...

Hoppy as Hermes

Floppy as Morpheus

Bobby as Aprodite

Groddy as Hades

Crafty as Hephaestus

Uniquecorn as Athena

...not gonna lie, Uniquecorn was hard to decide on and I'm not happy about it.

I am also doing the color-inverted critters, but more sporadically, as I find inspiration for them.

So, here's the poll to help me decide who I'm gonna draw next!

I have no impulse control, so I designed Selene, Eos, and slightly redesigned Helios, to give him a more proper sun crown.

Also, in researching Eos to design her, I found that she's considered Helios's companion, when she brings the dawn, so I now have three characters to bother Dogday about his crush on Catfeine's mom.

These were fun.

Behold the children of Leto, Artemis and Apollo!

They're very close, being twins, but Artemis absolutely does not like hearing her brother's woes about his disaster of a love life.

As such, Kickin normally goes to his fellow diurnal gods to lament how his current crush (Bubba) wants nothing to do with him.

Catfeine finds it hilarious; Dogday just wants to be left alone.

I'm probably gonna do inverted Dogday as Selene next, but I'll make a poll for who's next after that.

Say hello to Eris, chaos and strife incarnate, ready to throw apples and cause mayhem.

And I'm back with three Critters!

First is Bubba as Prometheus, titan of forethought, fire, crafty counsel, and the creator of humanity. He's been released from his imprisonment, by Herakles, and spends his time making pottery at home.

Next is Dumbba as Epimetheus, titan of afterthought and the creator of animals. She's not too bright, often acting before she thinks, no matter how her brother tries to teach her otherwise. Case in point, how she used all the traits up on her beloved animals, leaving none for her brother's creation.

Last, we have Wimpin as Pandora, the first woman and wife of Epimetheus. Given that she was made to bring misery to mankind, for Prometheus's theft of fire, she is a little on edge about everything, especially after opening the pithos.

They all live together, partly because Bubba can't really stand being alone after his ordeal with the eagle and partly because Dumbba feels just awful for pretty much forcing her brother to do something so risky.

It took a while for Wimpin to believe that Bubba doesn't hate her, for unleashing evils onto humanity. According to him, she was made for a purpose and fulfilled it; it's not her fault it caused his creation misery. Bubba only cares that Wimpin genuinely cares for his sister, which she does.

Since I did Wimpin as Pandora, Kickin will be next.

So, my brain is saying that Bubba is next for my Greek god au, which means that Dumbba will be right after him.

They will be Prometheus and Epimetheus, respectively, which means that I will need a Pandora.

So, that's what this next poll is going to be!

Here we have Heidi Seek, who is always full of energy and ready to play with her friends. Her favorite games are ones that can involve all of her friends.

Next is Sally Snugglebun, a real sweetheart who loves and cares for all of her friends, always doing her best to put a smile on their faces.

Then, we have Denny Picawso, who has a keen eye for finding the beauty in the world around him, giving him endless amounts of inspiration of his art.

Finally, we have Trendycorn, who is all about fashion and helping her friends look and feel their best.

Also, a slight redesign for the first four, because I wanted to give them accessories, like these guys.

Messed with Chatty Cat's colors a bit, to see if I can make him look a little less like Catfeine.

I might do the same for Barley, later, if I can find some pinks I like.

So, I decided to do my own roleswap critters...because I had the thought of an Orange Cat Catnap and it kinda got away from me a bit.

So, here's Chatty Cat, the sweet no thoughts, head empty leader fo the critters. He does not get the brain cell often, but he doesn't let it stop him for being there for his friends.

Next is Dogtired, who is one of the only ones of the friend group that can get Chatty to calm down and is the one to make sure all of his friends gets proper rest.

Then there's Barley Hopstodon, who makes sure his friends are always eating well. His favorite food is anything peanut-flavored, but especially cookies and smoothies.

And last, but certainly not least, is Savvy Sow! She's the unofficial second leader of the group, since she holds the brain cell that Chatty can never access.

I'll get around to the other four soon, but I had these guys in mind already that I just had to draw them.
