Kento's backstory

Kento Kashiwagi was born in a remote village called Komeoka near the mountain in a rural space of Tokyo, Japan, but they had to move to Tottori due that he and his family were threatened by the Yakuza of the prefecture. At first, Kento didn't like living in the beach side of Tottori since he had a horrible phobia to tsunamis, but when growing up, he liked his lifestyle because of beautiful sunsets and unlimited sand to create sand-castles

However, after he turned 19 and moved back to Tokyo because of no signals of the criminal band, he and his family were surprisely attacked by them when coming to their new home, he and his mom were badly injured but his dad managed to confront the criminals, leaving with a bruise in his left eye. Both Kento and his mom were rapidly taken to the hospital, but his mother passed away before arriving to the place. Kento's dad wished for his son to make it out after the incident, and he did it, but his body was too shattered to keep moving, so he avoided the doctors to turn off his vital signs and had to take him to his professor's house, who's a very smart man and he's been on robotics since he graduated from highschool.

The professor told Kento's dad that if he wanna live, his brain and heart should be transferred to a robot body that looks like him via surgery, and he said 'yes' in a little breaking-down tone, but he will conserve his son's body to later place it in a coffin that will remain in the deepest part of the garden in the house.

After the surgery, Kento's heart and brain were transferred to the body, but before he turns on, the professor clawed the things with wires so his data can be sincronized with the RAM memory. After the quilombete, Kento got his vital signs back in the machine but he felt uncomfy managing his robotic body, which it took him a very long time to control it.

5 years later, after dinning curry, Kento wondered what it feels having a robot body with human characteristics, as he silently goes to the deepest part of the house's garden to appreciate the smell of the flowers until he notices a strange little blue flower next to something that made him curious to know for 30 seconds. After reaching to the top of it, something hugely shocked him to see

It was his body laying there in the coffin for 5 years, neat as ever, and Kento didn't know that he actually died after the incident, so he returned back to his bedroom scared, hoping to remove that memory in the head.

Next day while shopping for goodies, an old man named Takumi approached to him slowly just to ask if he wanna be part of X-Men Japan's Team, but he told him that he doesn't know nothing about the X-Men, so the old man shortly explained what was that, Kento said yes and joined the team.

After his debut and long training there, Kento got the codename of 'Power' because of his cyborg powers and super intelligence.

Even though he's phisically a robot outside, Kento will always have the heart of a human and a brain of one with his own IQ level

Power might be seen as a hostile and cold man towards his teammates, but when he's with people like Kao, Nami and Honoka, he will reveal his funny inner self whenever he wants

Name: Merlin Nightscar

Codename: Serafim(formerly Seymour)

Age: 129(Mezzoan age), 81(physical age)

Date of Birth: March 29, 1944(Red Sabbath, Mezzodia)

Parents: unknown

Mutations: immortality, blood manipulation, can create weapons with his blood, telekinesis

Info: Merlin, known by his birthname Torleif Nightscar, is the former governor of Red Sabbath that ruled on the mid 90s. A rouge and heartless man, that has no mercy for the people around him, but then, his life changed when he meets a little boy in the alley named Yoshitaro, crying on the floor infront of the corpses of his dead parents, so Merlin takes him to his residence in New Jersey and raises him like the son he never had, which means that he also helped him to develop his mutant powers.

Name: Yoshitaro Momotani

Codename: Surge

Age: 25

Date of Birth: July 1, 2000(Kagoshima, Japan)

Parents: Kazan Momotani(dead father), Setsuna Momotani(dead mother)

Mutations: immortality, blood manipulation, electricity manipulation, can slice the enemy with his katana without contact

Info: Yoshitaro is a chill and sociable young man that likes to get along with Debbie's family. In some facts, Yoshitaro is the little boy that Merlin met lying in the alley, crying infront of the corpses of his dead parents, who got sh0t right infront of his little eyes in his way back home. He was later taken care by the same old man and then developed his mutant powers from Merlin, which he disliked so much the first time he used them. Despite he's sometimes a frowny and edgy man, he enjoys watching girly animes such as Shoujo Chara and Di Gi Charat(yes, he's a cutecore boy).

FUN FACTS ABOUT THEM

Yoshitaro shares same codename with Noriko Ashida from the OG X-Men universe

Even though Merlin is not Yoshitaro's father, he still sees him like his biologic son

Merlin is 129 because people in Red Sabbath doesn't age properly and they don't know in which year they were born

also the Reason Merlin has cracks below his eyes is because is very common feature from there. People that doesn't have that feature are considered unique individuals

Merlin's parents figure is still unknown since he was abandoned at birth because they though his son would be 'a curse for the Nightscar family'

(its said that Yoshitaro has a crush on Debbie's big sister Carolina (⁠ ͡⁠°⁠ ͜⁠ʖ⁠ ͡⁠°⁠))

It's also said that Yoshitaro taught Merlin about his native culture and the meaning of the actions

Yoshitaro's look is based on Yugamu Omokage from The Hundred Line: Last Defense Academy

basically when I go to sleep, I dream crazy things with cool characters in there, so half of my OCs comes from that 'super epic and cool' dream
