i have so much fun creating these images, feeling like my computer and i are building portals into an alternative digital reality, one that i find so beautiful, one that feels more mine. i enjoy the results as much as the process. the images take several minutes to generate, sometimes 10-20, so there is quite a bit of emotional build-up while im waiting for my textual commands to become visualised. similar to developing analog photographs, i always feel the excitement of uncertainty. whatever the final image appears to be, i am forever surprised by the computers expression
