Photos from this year I haven’t posted as life got in the way. This was a great game that I played without any hearing. Major coincidence there was a junior Deaf football club happening at the same time so I signed to one of the kids and parents. Derby is amazingly inclusive. When I got a penalty the Refs made eye contact and nodded when I said 'me?' The penalty box timers tapped me when my time was up and my teammates pulled and tapped me on track. My hearing is basically back to normal now and I can hear fine but knowing that I can still do the things I love even if it goes again is amazing
