Having a sona is GREAT like hi, this is my clownish caricature of my own personality, he's some sort of weird amalgamation of how I think others percieve me and I percieve myself but I like cranked up all my insecurities to the point of absurdity. Shoutout to my fellow selfshippers who got progressively more serious with their f/o over time. Like it started off as a silly summer fling but now we’re locked in and I really don’t want anybody else 😭

I think having Hal.sin as a parental f/o is incredibly funny and extremely wonderful for many reasons, but the duality between how I relate him to irl me vs Lucienne is one of my favorites. Like yeah, I latched onto him and see him as a father figure for a multitude of reasons regarding my personal life and history, as well as the fact that I just always play druids.

HOWEVER, the reason Lucienne is a druid has a lot to do with his influence, but the imagery of this guy going “Oh you have compulsions that make you wanna kill people? You’re not in control of your own body and thoughts? You live in constant terror because of every aspect of your situation? Shit man, idk what else to do but adopt you. Sorry.” Makes me giggle a little bit.
