so since the weather is getting warmer again, here's some things to remember:
you. don't. have. to. shave. if. you. don't. want. to.
thighs!!! absolutely normal to have thick thighs!! look around you, lots of people have thick thighs and thats beautiful!!!
wear what you feel comfortable in, don't feel pressured to wear a bikini even if all your friends do
it's okay to wear short sleeves if you have scars. i was so terrified of this for years. if anyone pointing them out makes you uncomfortable, say so. but you have every right to wear short sleeves
wear sunscreen if you're going out!!!! not good for your skin to burn!!!
be kind to your body. there's no such thing as having a "summer body". if you wanna work out, work out. if you don't, then don't.
be respectful to others. don't judge them for the clothes they're wearing. even if you quietly judge them, it comes from your own insecurities. figure out what bothers you about them and work on yourself.
td;lr: be kind to yourself and to your body. do what makes you comfortable.
feel free to add on, i wanted to add something related to dysphoria and trans people but as a cis person i don't feel like that's my place to do

Two weeks after dislocating my knee cap and I'm feeling so down. I was told it could take six weeks to recover but I'm getting impatient. I think I've made some progress but I'm so ready to be back to normal, if that's even a possibility. I've been offered a new job so I need to get a move on with getting back in my feet and walking faster than an 100 year old.
So the last week has been hard. I dislocated my knee cap and I'm trying so hard to be thankful cos it could have been so much worse. I need to strengthen my knee and I have no idea how to. Any help would be appreciated. I have to wait for an appointment for physio.
