Lmao in the new event for the game, deku has a dream about the fantasy version of mha. I'm gonna summarize the bkdk part.

Basically in the dream, he meets fantasy Katsuki (others are there too, all of them fantasy version) but at the beginning they don't know each other and deku and his friends don't know Katsuki's name. Katsuki says "I only reveal my name to people who deserve it". Anyway a lot of stuff happens and a holy sword chooses izk as its wielder and he's titled as a "hero". Then they all have to go against the demon king who is pretending to be all might. Then Katsuki tells deku he has a plan and also reveals his name to IZUKU specifically (the fact that izk dreams about Katsuki seeing him as special and worthy 😭) and says this:

Katsuki also adds that all might saved them from that attack and since then Katsuki has been training to surpass all might. After that, izk has a flashback to his childhood and recognizes Katsuki is "kacchan", his childhood friend he met when little Katsuki was visiting the village with his parents (little Katsuki also asks fantasy all might for a signature in izks dream😭). Deku's reaction to kats name reveal:

Conclusion: deku dreamed about being childhood friends with Katsuki in every universe and in the dream Katsuki saw him as special and called him "hero" 😭♥️ he also looked soooo good in Izuku's dream😂
