Yumi Reynard - Jorogumo
Name: Yumi Reynard
Code Name: Jorogumo
Personality: Calm and studious, and is warm and inviting to most people, even cutely seductive when feeling it, making her family blush in embarrassment.
Affiliation: Pro Hero
Likes: People-watching
Quirk: Spider
In Brief: From any point on her body, she can bring out a strong spider-like appendage. Also has certain spider traits such as an internal spinneret at her tailbone.
Yumi can bring forth long spider-like legs from any part of her exposed skin, being able to move along the skin at her whim, each of its segments easily as long as her arm at most or the size of her fingers at least, and the front of them extended out into a scythe-like shape. These legs are super durable, like a hard metal, despite being a part of her, and the long scythe ends can be really sharp (especially since she regularly sharpens them like scythe blades), so she can cut and pierce things with them. They are also very strong, able to lift several people on one leg, provided that she’s properly supported by the other legs, since she herself is not that strong. Her ability to scale places with them is also a possibility with only slight scratch marks. She can only bring out up to eight legs at a time, and should one be torn off of her, it will regrow in a week or so (needing to be sharpened of course, they are naturally blunt on reconstitution).
As well as the legs, she has other spider qualities too, such as a temor sensory, being able to sense even the lightest footstep on a surface that she is touching with bare skin from her main body. Her tailbone has a spinneret output in which she can pull super strong webbing as thick as yarn, but as hard as steel cable, and sticky as all get-out. The stickiness does not apply for her, and she can easily move within even a tangle of the stuff. Despite what you may think, she cannot shoot the strings out, so no Sp*d*r-M*n antics, but she can fashion things such as nets and webs, tripwires and lassoes, sticky traps of all kinds, meaning her area of choice are cramped dark places to fight, so she gets a lot of villain HQ raid and interior stealth op work.
Her eyes are not as sensitive as her son’s, gaining a tolerance that he didn’t over her years of training, but they are when she focuses them to perform in night vision, allowing her to see in the dark cleary with very little light, but get blinded by sudden instances of bright light.
Suit Features: Her suit is a skintight piece, colored in light-absorbing black, and an optional built in hood and face mask, though over that, she wears a lime green to blue fade-in kimono with pink flower patterns. The skintight suit portion is able to allow her spider legs go through it without damaging it, and the kimono is really just for appearances, waiting to expose the skintight suit underneath for sex appeal distraction. Her suit also redirects the spinneret’s output flow to somewhere more manageable for her, like at her waist, giving her a kind of black metal half-belt that rides along her hips from her tailbone.
Body Features: She is remarkably pale, and her appearance seems really voluptuous and young despite her age, in appearance, people look at her to be in her twenties with a curvy yet thin, tall, and dainty body type, almost a perfect hourglass like a spider. It’s mostly from her Spider Quirk and the lack of aging physically in spiders and such insects/arachnids, or the fact that her Quirk is based on the seductively deadly Jorogumo, but who knows, she probably won’t tell you. Her hair runs shiny and straight in a hime cut down her back, and colored a stark black, usually paired with a black widow marking shaped hairclip midway, giving her hair also an hourglass shape to it. Her elegantly shaped eyes are fully colored her natural shade of cyan, with two above her thin brow. At her tailbone is a small bump in which she pulls her thread from as her output for her spinneret.
Tidbits: The mother of Manami and Kumiko Reynard, and wife to David Reynard, Yumi is a talented Pro Hero in the Japan area. She met Warp Factor (David) while on a high stakes job overseas, and they’ve been together ever since, deciding to stay in Japan, since Canada’s crime rate is usually quite low compared to other countries, making Pro Hero work a weird system of boredom there. Both of them continued working, and eventually ended up with two kids, one of which was kidnapped by the LoVES system. Not a lot of villains forget that day after Jorogumo’s personal rampage in a common dive for villain types.

Hikukaze Kono
Name: Hikukaze Kono
*Code Name: Vacuu-Man
Personality: Strong willed, and will drive his hardest into everything he performs. While he knows he’s not smart, he does his best to make up for it with extreme determination to push away at his limits. While educationally dumb, he is wise and people-smart, learns off his mistakes, and actually learns really well on his Quirk and combat technique.
Affiliation: U.A. High School General Education Class*
Likes: Spicy Mustard
Quirk: Vacuum Body
In Brief: Multiple holes are in his body, and can breathe through them. His breath has a massive amount of force on inhale or exhale.
There are perfect roughly marble-sized holes lined with a rubberlike seal places in different parts of Hikukaze’s body, (one in each of his palms, three along each of his forearms outer side and inner, two on the outside of his aftarms, three in a triangle on the back of each of his shoulder plate area, six on each side of his spinal column, five in a circle around the center of his chest, two on the bottom of his feet, three on the outside of his thighs, three on the front and back of his forelegs, and finally two on his forehead just above his brow.)
These holes are all connected to a special lung in his body, which he can breathe through the holes as an area for him to breathe through, even being able to inhale and exhale at different positions with more training. He can close these holes to be airtight by contracting his body, should he need to not breathe through them, like a toxic gas in the air or not wanting to breath in water. This special lung is capable of taking in massive amounts of air, as well as expelling it at high-pressured rates. With this ability, Hikukaze has used it to create extreme vacuum power, throwing out large currents of air, or drawing in massive amounts. On top of a wind-based offense, or even a defense as to create quick jets of air to parry things, but also as a movement option, being able to move in all directions with the proper use of air sucking and blowing, such as sucking from one direction and expelling from the other to grant some modicum of flight.
Some maneuvers his vacuum abilities grant him are things like being able to cling to walls by his holes with constant suction, wind-assisted punches, kicks and headbutts, precision draws or pushes through the use of his suit’s iris covers to make air bullets and precise suck attempts on things like objects, creating air cushions for falls or being knocked into or away from something, later even being able to draw in water by cutting off access to his main lungs from his special lung to act as a hose.
His special lung has a lot of durability in it, so he doesn’t need to worry about inhaling or exhaling too hard, and thought his main lungs aren’t the same in that factor. They in fact are, upon discovery, though keeps them closed when doing the Camel Pressure Blast trick as he still needs to breathe, but uses this vital new extra stock of air to his advantage.
Draw In/Out Wave: Sucking from all points at his target, he creates a cone of pure wind current, drawing or pushing things toward him at high pressures. He can use this as a way to bring people closer or hit them with a large rush of air, and sustain his position by filtering the wind out behind him to keep steady, or to have a quick disorienting maneuver to bring them in while he gets a full lung of air from drawing them in.
Draw In/Out Burst: With a quick burst and enough focus to filter out areas of his breathing holes, he can create the vacuum effect of Draw In/Out Wave around his whole area. This effect is somewhat weaker in scope to his Wave due to having to cover so much, but it’s generally reserved for things surrounding him.
Snipe Suck/Strike: Using his suit’s iris pressure holes, he can concentrate his vacuum pressure down a thin path, instead of a wide cone, making crazy maneuvers such as precisely hitting a target with a quick pressured burst of wind, or sucking something up with a tighter ozzle so as to not draw in anything unwanted.
Camel Pressure Blast: A later learned maneuver in which he can close off his special lung completely to his other breathing lungs in order to draw in liquids such as water, and spray them similarly to his wind as a pressurized hose. Through this discovery, Hikukaze has figured out that his inner pipes and lung can sustain a lot of damage, so things like hot or cold water doesn’t severely damage him, although he can have temperature affect him if he wishes, so it can act as a hot water bottle or a cooling pack.
Tornado Mortar: Using the cannon on his back, and anchoring himself down with overly full lungs of air, and every other vent but the cannon holes are closed, he releases a blast of devastating winds from the muzzle of all the wind in his lungs, making a strong building-toppling force. Doing so, however, severely winds him and is very uncomfortable to do, so he needs a while to catch his breath.
*Suit Features: The overall design of the outfit is thin camo-detailed aerodynamic plating with pits and holes that sink in to where his breathing holes are, sealing around the hole’s lining well enough to not worry about having to shift them around for a good angle. The rest is dull grey leotard with thin black stripes, giving a segmented mechanical piping appearance of old western comic designs like Doctor Octopus’s tentacles.
His suit’s main feature is at the points on which it keeps his breathing holes open, as they also have little shutters over them. These shutters create irises that allow him to pinpoint his wind pressure to concentrated streams, instead of wild bursts.
Hikukaze’s boots have extendable cleats to harm those he kicks, and shuko climbing claws from his gloves for palm strikes, as well as anchor himself down in times of needing his vacuum pressure in large doses without moving. During his training for signature moves, he gains on his back, a sort of body-sized cannon barrel, that connects to his spinal holes. This acts as a huge vacuum cannon, being able to make greater bursts and suction strength, and being able to use his hands and feet freely to anchor down, he can create extreme pressure without the fear of being launched backwards. Alternatively, he could instead have a large oxygen tank in the same position, allowing him to move around in hazardous air conditions, or places in which oxygen is in short demand, such as underwater by closing every other line to his lungs.
Body Features: Hikukaze is in fit-form, as he never stopped training for in case he gets into Hero Class by other means like the Sports Festival, and keeps a thin but tall muscled runners body. His hair is a short scruffy mess of blues, as his wind powers tussle it too much.
Tidbits: While he was pretty good in the practical exam, he was terrible in the written test, so he only managed to gain qualifications in General Ed. With his skills, and personal training, he will fight his way in the Sports Festival.
(The reason he gets in to Hero Class 1-A should Ruri not be allowed due to fanonicity decisions. Hikukaze won’t replace anyone, but he’ll allow Ebon and Ivor count as one student, satisfying status quo conditions.)
*When he gets in on Hero Class 1-A should Ruri not count, these apply from then on.

Kichiro Ganbaro
Name: Kichiro Ganbaro
Code Name: N/A
Personality: A happy-go-lucky type of character, even when all things go bad, he’s the one to notice some good that has resulted.
Affiliation: U.A. High School General Education Class
Likes: RPS
Quirk: Keychain
In Brief: Has a chain extending from the top of her head that has a large metal ring at the end of it.
From the top of his head, extends a large curb chain. This chain is adjustable, and can stretch pretty far. At the end of the chain, is a ring that can shrink or expand to his direction, as if contracting or releasing a muscle. The ring and chain are pretty strong, and the chain can move to his direction.
Suit Features: N/A
Body Features: The keychain extends from the top of his head. His height and stature is quite short and small. His hair is a silvery color like his chain, and his brown eyes are bright and wide.

Mina Denbo
Name: Mina Denbo
Code Name: N/A
Personality: Physically, she acts lovely and bubbly, but her words take on a scouringly harsh tone. Generally hates others that think her cute.
Affiliation: U.A. High School General Education Class
Likes: Rock Climbing
Quirk: Friction Skin
In Brief: Can adjust the level of friction on her skin, to become slippery or course.
Mina is able to alter the frictional properties of her skin, such as becoming so course that it either horribly scrapes anything, or clings tightly to anything she makes contact with, or so frictionless that most hits slip away from her, mitigating a lot of the impact effect. Her skin turns gravelly when under extreme coarseness, or shiny rubberlike when under extreme slipperiness.
Suit Features: N/A
Body Features: A very cute petite body type, with very little in the way of chest or hips, and looks very dainty, but despite this, she packs a mean punch, and is stronger than her form makes one believe. Her pink hair is cropped around chin height with a straight fringe, with her blue eyes having raccoon eye makeup in an angular style in an attempt to look more professional than cute.
Tidbits: She is bitter at how her body is naturally so scrawny, since it was her own frailness against the machines and lack of knowledge on her weakpoints is how it drove her to fail, but her intense training regimen at home has given her more strength despite her size, even learning some martial arts to combat people.

Armen Jokase
Name: Armen Jokase
Code Name: N/A
Personality: Sadistic. Enjoys messing with people the most.
Affiliation: U.A. High School General Education Class
Likes: Bananas
Quirk: Forced Use
In Brief: Can force a marked target to compulsively do simple and immediate actions through orders. Can control Quirk usage of them as well.
By glaring into a target’s eyes, he can mark the target with a glowing aura around the target’s eyes. While marked, Armen can command them mentally to do simple and quick actions. For example, throwing a punch at a nearby target is viable, but not rushing up to punch someone, as it’s not an immediate action to perform. Another factor is that if he roughly knows your Quirk, he can control its usage without the limit. For example, say Sero is a target, and he commands him to use his Tape Quirk, he can make him run his tape for as long as Sero can or until he says otherwise, at any rate Armen chooses, such as his maximum tape extending rate, or barely a strip. While operated, the Quirk will not work for the user.
The surefire way to remove the Quirk, is to knock Armen’s head with enough force to disorient him, which then releases the mark.
Suit Features: N/A
Body Features: An average body type, with clean cut short brown hair and black eyes.
Tidbits: Like most people with Quirks that only affect people, he feels somewhat cheated as the entrance exam was robots. He does however, love making people do things against their will in a sadistic manner, and hopes that his Quirk will get stronger for full control over his marked targets. (Totally not a villain in the making.)

Sinner 1, Blight - Blight
Name: [EXPUNGED]
Code Name: The Villain-Maker, Blight
Personality: Obsessed with seeing the full potential of Quirks. Believes that Quirks are at their best when unburdened by laws. Unsettlingly passive, but his actions are hyper aggressive when made. Is fond of taunting and insulting people, but never in a jovial way, merely in a way of picking out flaws in their character critically merely as an observation, with a little commentary on that factoid.
Affiliation: LoVES Principle and leader of the 13 Sinners.
Dislikes: Disobedience
Quirk: Frankenquirk (Original Quirk: Darkeye)
In Brief: By looking into your eyes and calling your deepest sin, he makes you into a villain. Also possessing the Quirks of another five individuals.
• Left Eye: Darkeye: If Blight manages to make eye contact, and say your deepest vice, he unlocks a more sinister side to the subject. This sinister side is very Jekyll and Hyde, obsessed with doing everything they wish without any morals or concerns to do it, overly accentuating that particular vice to villainous extremes. This personality is loyal to Blight, and will follow his orders, to some extent this persona shall allow him to. This personality change only lasts 20 hours, or until the victim is knocked out. When they wake up, they realise what they've done, and remembers all the feelings of that incident as a side-effect, which generally leads to the subjects wanting to a life of crime to feel that high that his Quirk provides to bring out that persona. Victims under the effect at the time have a purple ring around their pupils with little spikes going inwards on it. If they have no pupils, it lines the inside of the eyelid. Blight can make the marking toned down greatly in order to make a sleeper switch, to use later, but to do so, he needs to not only fulfil the condition, but also to declare that it shall be “hidden [vice]”. The trigger point is at any point, in which Blight may activate it, but so long as he’s within his senses, such as direct sight, hearing, or even through a camera. However, that is only his ORIGINAL Quirk.
Blight is one of the only examples of All For One’s Quirk experiments to succeed in giving multiple Quirks for some reason without turning into a Nomu, but it left his body a cobbled together mess of other people with Quirks, leaving him as a mere near-liquidized meatsack over a modified skeleton with special strength joints stuck in a vacuum suit, with only one eye remaining to function “outside” of it. The experiment left him with the quirks of five others, having to channel the power from that particular limb.
• Left Arm: (From Elbow) Spacial Surface: Blight can make empty space solidify. See Warp Factor under Pro Hero. Taken from the very same Pro Hero as punishment for trying to find his then Sinner 2-in-training.
• Right Arm: (From Shoulder to Elbow) Cleaner: Blight can clean an area of any filth, grime, objects, even debris by storing it away in one of the twenty pods on his arm for each stolen subject. This can be used to take objects and subjects (Living things must be unconscious first), generally corpses and body parts included, also things that would take a while to clean, like blood from a carpet. Even things like imprints; scratches or footprints can be taken, so long as it was on a non-living or unconscious subject, and applied later to something else. This has an application in grousomness too, since he can take something like a deep scratch mark from something like a wall and apply it to a living target, making an open wound without needing to even try and cut through them. Contact must be made. Taken from a Cleaner for trying to overcharge him at a bad time and thought that Blight’ll just do it himself.
• Stomach: (From Lower Ribcage to Pelvis) Nonsensory: While Blight is able to regulate his breathing, he is able to remain undetectable by things such as radar or Quirks that would acknowledge someone’s location. Normal senses still work, but supersenses do not work, such as Mana’s Spacial Senses. Stolen from an obnxious vigilante that thought they could take on LoVES alone.
• Left Leg: (From Knee) Punishment Touch: Being in contact with Blight’s fingertips on that arm brings a massive overload to one’s nerves, causing the right level of pain to be unbearable to the target, but not make them pass out from the pain if he wishes. He can also make it a single painful spike shoot through them that instantly knocks them out. Taken from an arrogant teacher in LoVES, and wanted to demonstrate how to punish the “bad” students appropriately.
• Right Leg: (From Thigh) Skip Locator: With an easy skip motion, he is able to appear in any location that he can move to within one minute of effort at any orientation or preparedness as desired. This is a form of teleport, and requires the ability to be able to move around easily. Since it’s also within multiple probability factors, his perception speeds up to a mere instance of pondering on where he is able to go, even with the aid of others, so he could potentially end up wherever Sinner 2 is able to transport him then move from there. Taken from a civilian whom thought they could snitch, and has become a symbol to the rest of the 13 Sinners that there will never be another “Warp Driver”.
Suit Features: A full bodysuit that is able to produce a layer of skin that can mimic any normal-looking person. Uses this to get to a target, then walk off acting like a civilian. The suit is symbolic as it appears as a priest's outfit over a black morph suit and with crosslike bars over it (though more Neo from the matrix, and with devil iconography, like a spiral around one leg that ends in an arrowhead point to look like a wrapped tail for example). One cross in particular is that of one that crosses over where an eye would be, in a jaunty angle, and the cross-section having a large single eyeball that squelches when it moves behind a bubbled piece of glass. The eye has blackened its sclera and with a green pupil. The suit’s holograms are pre-programmed, so no instantly turning into the enemy at a moments notice.
Body Features: Nothing really to say here, as the suit is basically the only thing holding the puddle of man into a rough human shape. Despite being a literal meat bag, he is actually quite agile and nimble, so he takes full advantage of his Right Leg Quirk.
Tidbits: [REDACTED]
Purpose: Leader, directs the rest of them through the routines and corrupts those kidnapped or captured with his Quirk. Will fight when need be. Also a recruiter by force when possible. If a Quirk looks enticing to be in his collection of body parts, he will attempt to steal a piece of their body that he has yet not replaced.

Merch
Name: Unknown
Code Name: Merch
Personality: Uncaring in a not-give-a-darn, live-life-to-the-fullest kind of way.
Affiliation: Independent Entrepreneur
Dislikes: People trying to swindle him
Quirk: Quirkless
Skills: Supplier and creator
Despite not having a Quirk, he leaves a highly respected position in places like the Underburg. His skills in fencing and supplying goods alone is enough to make him the most valued for criminals, but also his talents in engineering and technology makes him a key figure for those with money seeking something for their costume or to harness their Quirks better, as well as gaining some robotic henchmen from his factory, which may as well be a glorified vending machine. If something is needed and you got money, he can most likely get it.
Suit Features: Generally fancy suits, but his signature is always a comically wide-brimmed flat topped hat, and a face mask with a cheshire cat/neko face.
Body Features: He is very average in body type, which sets off his secret agility of hard training. While his face is always hidden, with no idea what’s under it, his head lacks hair, with sharply white skin.
Tidbits: Because of his lack of a Quirk, he is quite familiar to being threatened by wannabe villains or vigilantes that come to him for “justice” instead of business, since he’s willing to work both sides. Those that do so learn quickly you do not do it again, and never talk about how exactly he guarantees this future loyalty. He is not jealous of people with Quirks, and believes if he did have a Quirk, he wouldn’t have worked as hard to get his place of supremacy that he has today. When you find him, it’s typically in the lap of luxury, such as by a massive pool with a couple of hot girls by his side, or in a dazzlingly golden and jewelled office.

David Reynard - Warp Factor
Name: David Reynard
Code Name: Warp Factor
Personality: Aloof and casual physically, but studious and stubborn despite appearances. The stubbornness seems to have been toned down in recent years after losing his arm...
Affiliation: Pro Hero
Likes: Coffee with lots of sugar
Quirk: Spacial Surface
In Brief: Able to make empty space into hard walls and surfaces. He may also manipulate the texture of his walls and stretch them out.
Warp Factor can create walls and shapes out of compressing areas of space, making hard surfaces in seemingly any area. These surfaces are durable in how much compression is used into them, and have variant textures, depending on how David creates them. Surfaces such as; Slippery, High-Friction, Rubber, Gelatin, Reflection, Opaque, Glasslike, Carpeted (You never know), or even spiked. This can also be used to warp nearby objects along with it, making shapes out of those materials. Things within the surfaces’ space are taken along with it, so things like segments of walls can be cut out, or objects that trigger by movement can be moved without affecting it, even as a way to warp from one location to another, by creating a surface area around himself and stretching it to a new location. Expenditure of this Quirk is tied to his caffeine intake, much like his kids, so he needs to keep stock as well.
Platformer: He creates a bunch of surfaces in a row in order to be able to jump between them easily in a three-dimensional space.
Road Running: Is a variant of platformer in which he actively creates a road or bridge underneath his feet, or generally paths and surfaces to which he can quickly leap and jump off.
Walloff: With a sweeping motion, he can make an object under his direction stretch at a fast rate, making sliding walls or lifting floors by stretching the created area then snapping back into shape.
Controlling Seal: Using the gelatin surface, he slips it over a target, then continues to compress the surface, making it a solid, and thus trapping things like their hands or feet from moving.
Suit Features: HIs suit is very fox themed sentai-esque, with a coat tail at his belt patterned like a tail, and a helmet that extends out as a seed-shaped helmet with two points sweeping back like ears. His hair is wrapped into a ponytail behind the helmet giving a fox tail appearance. General color schemes are comprised of oranges, whites and blacks. To make up for a lost arm, he had an obvious robot arm installed, with smooth white plates like something for Aperture Science, and a clawed black metal frame of a hand. This arm unfortunately does not give him the ability to create surfaces like his organic body parts, but he makes great use of it by installing burst jets into it for grand leaps and a fast jab here and there (The hand gets drawn in so as to create a better punching surface), which adds another mode of maneuverability to his otherwise already versatile repertoire.
Body Features: A tall built body, though with a slouched posture of someone with a lax attitude. His hair is a shiny orange with white tips, and styled to be long and straight around waist level, parted neatly down the middle, the front bang sections slightly raised.
Tidbits: A proud father of Manmi and Kumoko Reynard, and has run a long time trying to save Manami, with little success and the most traumatizing time of him losing an arm.

Backtrack
Name: Unknown
Code Name: Backtrack
Personality: Arrogant, and believes in his own skill to take out heroes.
Affiliation: Independent Villain
Dislikes: Bells and alarms
Quirk: Deja Vu
In Brief: Able to place a stopwatch counter on a subject’s back, record a place in time, then at any point, bring them back to that point mentally, forgetting what they had done, or in the middle of repeating an action.
Backtrack can slap a targets’ form in order to make a tattoo display on their back, showing a stopwatch screen of numbers that goes up for about five minutes. Once that five minutes is up, he may use the other part of his Quirk. His Quirk at any point allows him to snap his fingers, and transports that subject back mentally to any point in that five minutes with no memory of what they did after that recorded point. Doing so heavily confuses his targets, as well as force their body to move how they were going to at that point. Example, if the subject was about to throw a punch with the proper body manipulations involved, then the person’s body will attempt its best to recreate that punch regardless of the state it was in or position. A flaw is the wait, as he has no power over them should the counter not hit five minutes, nor does the counter appear on their body anymore should he be knocked out or a full two hours has passed after placing the counter.
Suit Features: His suit is a cheap denim jumpsuit with bandana mask, and a couple patches of colored numbers sewn on to various parts of the suit. Quite embarrassing, but when you’re not sponsored, you make do.
Body Features: A gangly type, with long stringy hair and long face. His hair is a dirty blond, with his eyes a dark red.
Tidbits: One of the few folks born into the Underburg society. Underburg being where you find all the people who ended up poor, destitute, or committed for a crime escapes to, and survive on their own skill and whatever they can scrounge up. A home to villains and vigilantes alike. Backtrack is one of the regular villains that snap, and decide to do the crazy thing and go topside to see if he can make it into the big leagues.

Rokuro Mikami - Arcana Cape
Name: Rokuro Mikami
Code Name: Arcana Cape
Personality: Serious and somewhat smug, values nothing more than to see others that face hime fall before his feet.
Affiliation: Pro Hero
Likes: Silks
Quirk: Fabric Realm
In Brief: He can jump into a piece of cloth or fabric and enter a state of astral projection, with that cloth acting as a portal.
Arcana Cape is able to enter a piece of fabric he is big enough to jump into as a gateway to a personal realm inside that fabric. While inside, he becomes invisible and intangible to the outside world, and he can see into the world as if he was in that very spot he’s in in that realm. While in this realm, he is able to drift and fly easily, as well as go through objects and surfaces, and can’t even feel pain if possible. The downside is that a part of his body is always in contact with the fabric he has attuned his personal realm to, so he can only go to places that cloth can go, so no going fully through a solid wall. Using his easy movement and lack of pain, his punches hit harder, as he has no sense of hurtin his limbs when striking, which is why it looks like a piece of cloth swinging around as if dragged by a hand or foot, as it is his only means of outside interaction. He can choose to stay inside the world so that the cloth can still affect the world without him exiting. Should the fabric be destroyed, he doesn’t lose his way out, and is instead forced to enter back into his current location within the realm in three seconds after the cloth is destroyed. He can briefly bring others into the realm, but they have no access to oxygen while inside, and are stuck to the cloth weightlessly, which is generally a technique reserved for snatch-and-grabs to pull others out of the way or out of an area.
Suit Features: His costume has a real genie aesthetic over a full body suit with bug-like goggles, with large sashes and veils, transparent harem pants, a mouthmask that looks like a huge grin, as well as a flowing long iridescent white cape. Since it’s needed for his Quirk, all his clothing has been treated for the maximum protection so as to not get damaged or destroyed, lest it be a truly overwhelming form of destruction to take the cloth out.
Body Features: His body is pearly white pale skin, with a lean but muscular figure. His hair is a bowlcut of brown hair with blue tips, and has bright green sharp eyes.
Tidbits: Arcana Cape is a big inspiration for Magic Coat. He has a fun rivalry with The Spectrum, as they have what they refer as a “Dazzle-Off”, though nobody knows the rules to it but them.

Karen Mizuno - Aquarius
Name: Karen Mizuno
Code Name: Aquarius
Personality: Ambitious and determined.
Affiliation: U.A. High School Support Class
Likes: Swimming (Who would’ve thought?)
Quirk: Air Swimming
In Brief: Being able to swim in the air, and imbue it ot others, but others need a breathing mask in order to breathe while it’s active.
Aquarius has the Quirk to be able to treat open air as water, being able to swim in any direction, or apply the effect to other things that she makes contact with. Bestowing the effect lasts for as long as the subject wishes. For objects, it lasts for as long as Aquarius wishes for it to work. Using this, she bestows a permanent effect to her Koi Bots, allowing them to travel far more efficiently and silently than an air drone. This effect also affects organics’ breathability, so they must have oxygen gear to breathe, this doesn’t affect herself, though.
Suit Features: Aquarius’ suit is equipped with hydro jets, and tassets that can form a mermaid lower half with a press of a button. Most of the suit is comprised of a tight, sporty blue swimmingwear, and some finned elbow gloves and knee boots. She also wears waterproof makeup on her face in little wave patterns over her eyes and cheeks.
Koi Bots that she creates come in a bunch of different types. Her most common types are Sentry Koi (Karasugoi colors), which have cameras that output a audio/video feed to her scouter, Laser Koi (Shusui colors), which shoot high-pressured water that can cut things (Though since air is treated as water for them, they use the air instead), or even the disposable/easily made Kamikaze Koi (Ki Utsuri Colors), which explode upon contact with their homing target.
Body Features: A lithe swimmers’ figure, with a small bust and narrow waist. Her hair is a nice flowing cyan style around her shoulders, which flares out nicely behind her back like a fin. Her eyes are a sparkly sea green.
Tidbits: She’s always loved messing around with robotics, ever since she got that toy fish. As such, she would love sharing her skill in high tech-reliant suits, but also really want to get her branding out there, just so she gets known more as a masterful technician than any money deals...But it doesn’t hurt any to have a little funds.

Aya Oshima - Idoll Arms
Name: Aya Oshima
Code Name: Idoll Arms
Personality: Obnoxious to everyone…most find it annoying, and mistake it to be tsundere, but it is legitimate spite for her ‘rivals’. She is a fine friend after-hours, however, and often would set up casual parties, then giving her personality a complete flip to the kindest host ever.
Affiliation: U.A. High School Support Class
Likes: Manga (Secretly! How scandalous)
Quirk: Four-Armed Doll
In Brief: Doll physicality, and modding of detachable and regrown limbs.
Aya’s body is porcelain in appearance, but is actually a super tough material. While parts of her can be broken, at the very least, she can regenerate broken or detached limbs over period of time. Her biggest feature of this is that she can trade out limbs. She has had a substantial amount of knowledge on how to operate mechanical components, so she mods out her detached limbs to have cool augments, such as things like a flamethrower. Her favorites are her four grapnel launchers and taloned blade feet, to make easy grapple attempts. Her four arms also give her great leverage over a melee fight, especially with her superior joints.
Suit Features: Really only uses it for aesthetic, as she has all her equipment in her body, as well as it being homemade. Even then, she has a fashion sense to dress up in frilly garments to make herself look frail, then beat the confused opponent into submission. Under a long plush gown skirt is not actually anything like petticoats or anything, but in fact is a mechanical unit that contains various body parts of her’s, as well as movement options like jump jets.
Body Features: Generally cute and doll-like (More human like with ball joints and smooth and simple features), and shorter than most people, but remains in proportion with someone taller. Her four arms are an obvious feature. A good reference point would be the demon’s souls Fool’s Idol if it was more moe. Her hair isn’t really something that’s set, as she does change it around like her other parts can.
Tidbits: Aya is a real money buff, and will take what she can to sell out, hence her dream to be an idol hero, but never try to betray people to get her way, as it would make her hate her new positions and guilty for having it if it meant stepping over people like the rest of her family did. Considers nerd and otaku culture something to look down upon, but has her guilty pleasures in Shonen.

Jun Uyehara - Scrap-Fiend
Name: Jun Uyehara
Code Name: Scrap-Fiend
Personality: Nervous a lot of the time, since his Quirk is niche, and worried that he’d be pretty bad. Shy around girls.
Affiliation: U.A. High School Hero Class 1-B
Likes: Slide Puzzles
Quirk: Scrap Armor
In Brief: Can stick scrap and parts to himself to convert into a suit of armor of the recycled parts, so long as they’re connected to other junk or to his body. Moves them like his own muscles.
Jun can attach pieces of broken or inactive tech to his body. Any scrap that attaches to his body can be rebuilt by his mental ability to form components, like turning a jumbled amount of parts in to a suit or big robot arm. The way that these components function is not through electricity or such a power source similar, so things like EMP’s do not work, but rather by his own muscle movement, so all he has to do is try and flex that part as if it was his own body in order to manipulate it, so if he gets numb in the attached spot, the parts fall off nonfunctioning. When removed from his person, it reshapes back into the scrap it was and becomes inactive. The definition of scrap for his Quirk is any components not actively part of something functional and running or has been broken, so he can take parts from say a robot that has just been destroyed or shut down even though it may still have some power going through it, but not while it’s in a situation in which its components are still functioning, like if it was malfunctioning, but still running.
Suit Features: Jun’s suit is very mad scientist garb, with a trenchcoat/labcoat combo, long black boots and gloves, fancy techno goggles, a surgical mask, and a harness with a pack with different kinds of tech for his Quirk to use if he can’t access any on the field. His gloves have EMP pulses upon slapping something as a trigger, in order to short circuit machinery and qualify it for his Quirk.
Body Features: A frail skinny body, and is weirdly tall. Jun’s hair hangs loosely on his head in a spiky mop, mostly covering his eyes, and having two longer locks hanging around the sideburn area. When in his suit, his hair spikes up to a near conical spiky style held by a band.
Tidbits: Jun agrees with most that in the Pro Hero circles he’s aiming for, he’d be very niche, but reliable in the situation brought forth. Of course, he hopes for city work, since he relies on tech a lot.

Itsuki Tsuchida - Stickida
Name: Itsuki Tsuchida
Code Name: Stickida
Personality: A duplicitous calm and sarcastic dude, that gets hotheaded at the drop of a hat. His sense of initiative is garbage, caring to more laze around, and go headfirst into any test, hoping luck saves his butt.
Affiliation: U.A. High School Hero Class 1-B
Likes: Blueberries
Quirk: Jet Stickers
In Brief: He can slap a sticker from his arm to a target and make it burst out a jet of air that pushes targets and/or the target stuck.
Itsuki has round stickers that have the image of the business end of a rocket jet peelable from his elbowpit. He can peel them off from there to have them grow back a minute later, and then stick the peeled sticker to a surface or subject. While stuck down, it is difficult to peel off, but it’s not impeding on its own. With a clap, Itsuki triggers all stickers in his range to go off, releasing a burst of jet propulsion, thus making the targets fly off, or just emit a jet of powerful fire, as a fire trap. Each use of a sticker lasts for five second increments, and are quite powerful, then they disintegrate when finished. However, Itsuki can multiply the time the jets can spend by adding more and more stickers on top of each other, multiplying the previous additions by two each time (5 seconds, 10 seconds, 20 seconds, etc.). With his suit, he can stick them to himself, and be able to instead be able to control the bursts at will, having a gauge on his arm that registers the fuel levels of all the stickers currently on him. He has to be careful though, as he can faint from peeling off too many stickers. The adhesive is blood-based, so he can start to go woozy from lack of blood, or even run out of the ability to make stickers if his blood flow is cut off to his arms or isn’t properly circulating, such as from having his arms above his head for too long.
Suit Features: his suit is plain looking, with pearl looking roundish white plates in places, which are really good for his adhesive. He prefers to wear a full helmet that looks like a blank face, but it’s one way, so he can still see and breathe out of it. His elbowpits are of course left open for him to access his jet stickers.
Body Features: His body is fairly short, with sort of an average build. His hair is quite spiky, and sweeps to the side, colored grey with red-orange tips.
Tidbits: Itsuki was always considered childish, but shown some actual initiative for himself when he (seems to have accidentally) signed up for UA, and passing the entry exam. Now he’s just trying to see how far he can go in the hero course before they realise his hopelessness and bump him down to General Ed., Not realising that he’s not too shabby at what he can do.

Yuka Yoshimura - Rise-Down
Name: Yuka Yoshimura
Code Name: Rise-Down
Personality: Creepy personality-wise, yet it’s nothing sinister at all, it’s just a natural creepy grin and wide small-pupilled eyes. Really, she’s actually quite nice.
Affiliation: U.A. High School Hero Class 1-B
Likes: Ping-Pong
Quirk: Pitfall-Pillar
In Brief: Able to create pits or pillars out of surfaces that she touches.
Yuka is able to create pitfalls within a surface up to twenty meters deep at a rapid rate from the point within ten meters of her hand on the surface being manipulated. This pitfall does not destroy the landscape, only warps it downwards, so a surface like a wall doesn’t open a hole, just extends the wall inwards, thus extending into the building like her pillar. The pit can be altered in different directions, but must be a cylindrical pit. She can also reverse this effect to create pillars in the opposite way, launching targets or herself or to hit targets with the pillar. Because of the nature of her Quirk, the pillar is hollow, as she is just creating a pit in reverse.
Suit Features: Her suit is more of a pantsuit dress which merge to be thick flat boots, which are more like flat surfaces at the bottom of bell-bottoms. Her dress is backless, with her arms bare, and she has a black mouth mask from her collarbone to the top of her nose. The dress is colored in earthy tones, with craggy patterns.
Body Features: Her body is quite shapely, with long legs. Her face seems to bare her teeth a lot, forming sinister smiles, which paired with her naturally wide but small-pupilled black eyes makes her look manic. Her shoulder length dark green hair sweeps over one eye in a smooth curve before fraying at the ends.
Tidbits: Most of her family is aligned with sneaky type Quirks, which are generally ghostlike, such as her aunt having intangibility. She doesn’t like scaring people, and wants to become a public pro hero without hiding away in secret ops.

Takuma Tanaka - The Spectrum
Name: Takuma Honda
Code Name: The Spectrum
Personality: Dazzling and flamboyant, giving every action a flashy pose out of habit.
Affiliation: Pro Hero
Likes: Watermelon
Quirk: Bifrost
In Brief: Create bridges and ribbons of hard light from light sources.
Able to create strong bridges and ribbons of rainbow stripes with sweeps of his hands. Each end of the bridge needs an endpoint, and has variable consistencies, so it can either be a hard wall, a malleable grapple line, or powerful trampoline. There must be some light in the area in order to use, as the energy works by converting light levels to solidify upon splitting them by the spectrum their made from. So long as there’s a light source, he can make a bridge or ribbon directly from that sources direction. This Quirk of his is very good to aid in defense, making walls and barriers, and binding targets down with the ribbons. Takuma is also good in the offense in a pinch, by hitting targets with the bridges, smacking them hard or sending them travelling along with it into another object. Because it is light based, laser or other energy abilities only make the Bifrost Quirk stronger as they are struck, absorbing all the energy from the assault, making him great against people such as those with electric style Quirks.
Suit Features: His suit is decorated in body-hugging sparkling white, with rainbow ribbon sashes crossing over his body. His face bares the white typical domino mask.
Body Features: A very flamboyant body type, with a good amount of muscle in a tall and handsome body shape, like a professional model. His hair is straight and long, colored a soft pink that is always well-kempt.
Tidbits: Because of his reliance on light, he prefers to work the streets in the day, and is unable to work night shifts. Even then, he’d work on the main city streets where there’s lots of lights on. He tends to work mostly on TV, usually as a host to a game show, as well as various advertisements for beauty treatment products.

Kumiko Reynard - Spider Vixen
Name: Kumiko Reynard
Code Name: Spider Vixen
Personality: Highly calculating, and is very inventive. In the start, she’s very nonplussed by everything, glaring at those that try to talk to her, even to colleagues. But when her brother appears to be alive, back on the right side, and attending her old school, she undergoes a drastic change. She becomes warm, friendly, and is very bubbly in her personality. Gets that squirmy kind of embarrassed when complimented.
Affiliation: Pro Hero
Likes: Minestrone
Quirk: Warp Threads
In Brief: Creates spacial strings out of the fabric of space, with variable tensity.
Kumiko is able to take empty space and conjure up strings that make up that space, forming strong spacial strings that attach to thin air. Like her brother’s Spacial Fabric, caffeine is a necessary component to actually shape and form the spacial strings. While the strings are formed, their length and pliability can be adjusted on the fly, as well as choosing if she wishes for the ends to remain attached to space, or just using it as a rope, doing typical Spider-Man web swings and zips with space. They can also be used in methods like her brother’s fabric, such as using the strings to hang in the air, using some strings as a tightrope or human slingshot for maneuverability, or even to use them as a slingshot for projectiles she keeps on hand.
Portals are not a thing for her version of the spacial warping Quirk, and neither is the panoramic sense, but Kumiko does have a pair of spider legs from her mother with the same qualities, albeit with the lack of ability to hide them, and as a bonus they are able to manipulate the strings as much as the rest of her. Also in a tradeoff, her manipulations stretch quite farther and more intricate in comparison to Manami’s, being able to tug on a string and have elaborate web formations form along its length as if they were always there, entangling and binding most people in extremely durable space tethers.
Most of her techniques pay reference to Manami’s due to similar styles;
Weave Arrow: Kumiko can create a string and pull back on it, nocking a dart from her equipment into it for an arrow projectile. This is similar to Warp Slingshot in spirit.
Tangled Web: A variant of Twisted Space, she loosens a particular string and twists it in the same manner, but immediately gives it the maximum tension, making it snap back and the resulting whip crack forms a strong pressure sonic boom.
Space-Tied: By yanking on a string, she creates a line of strings to reach her target, lassoing them with hard to break strings that seemingly stretch themselves into existence. This extension is also a useful tool in other scenarios, and she can adjust the creation of the strings by simple weaving it around in a certain way that changes its angle of creation, like weaving a cat’s cradle.
Parlor Welcoming: A formation of the maximum amount of strings in a room, being able to entangle a large area at once and capture or disable a bunch of people in highly tense string pattern clusters.
Mad Arachnid: In her arsenal, she keeps clip-on explosives in which she puts on various small lines in space. When touched, they detonate, so she tends to keep them around in tactical positions that would seem unlikely to search for traps in thin air.
Caught In The Web: On top of Spacial Nodes, her gauntlets obtain an ability for her to not just alter the tensility, but also certain qualities by spending more creation energy, such as giving them a static clinging quality being the most common. This is a natural ability, but it does take time to actually produce the effects, so it would be easier with the gauntlets.
Suit Features: Her suit is a skintight black and purple bodysuit, with a band in her hair that has two parts that look like a pair of fox ears. Since she can’t draw in her spider legs, she just leaves them at her tailbone, in order to look like a pair of tails. Her gauntlets and boots were designed by her, before her brother borrowed the design to apply it to his, so of course she has matching boots and gauntlets with shaper nodes.
In her equipment, she keeps the clip-on charges for sneaky unexpected ambushes, as well as arrowhead darts, to shoot out easier than pellets, since they nock nicely into a string.
Body Features: Her body is of a nice hourglass shape (because spider family), with a roundish face. Her large almond shaped blue eyes (were) dull and shaded, and covers her whole eye like her mother and brother, though not as sensitive, with another pair at the same level on her forehead, but become bright and shiny after reuniting with her brother.
Tidbits: Her little brother Manami, was always a great inspiration to her, even when she was young she didn’t have much ambition until her brother started developing the passion to become a hero like their parents. She decided to share this enthusiasm, saying that she’ll be a hero in the top ten for him for sure (So she can also get him to look up to her as he does with mom and dad). When he vanished when she was around eight years old, she went under some serious mental breakdowns because she feels responsible (They originally came for her, but they decided to take Mana instead), and essentially became a husk of her former self, going day to day as she would, occasionally haunted by her brother’s shocked face as she couldn’t stop the person whom took him away. The horror would no longer plague her upon his return however, but she’ll still get that feeling of regret.
