Someone said no one had anything good to say about him and that's not true! From the datamine, here are some things other people can say, but only if he's high friendship with you (which is part of his bond questline where he opens up and stops being the jerk neighborhood cop)

LOL within the span of an in-game week in my second run. I played as Kaguya in my first, and in Japanese. Now I'm playing as Subaru in English. I really like Ikaruga's English voice! There don't seem to be any differences in the bond quests between them like there are with Kai/Subaru vs. Kai/Kaguya

Ikaruga's Title

I was curious about Ikaruga's title of "Astronomer" and how dialogue indicates it's a great honor. I looked up the Japanese text and I'm pretty sure they are referring to him as 天文博士 (Tenmon hakase) which is like not just an astronomer but a PhD of astronomy and THE HEAD of all astronomers among the Onmyoji .Supposedly he's based on Abe no Seimei, so this makes sense, as that was a title he held. Also the text doesn't just refer to the government of Azuma, but the Shogunate of Azuma. So there is a Shogun maybe? I also quite like the direct translation of this line (though I like the English one too)

English: Oh, don't give me that! You're a mystic! And an astronomer, at that! Not to mention the most handsome man I know.

Japanese: それこそなにを言ってるんですか！ 陰陽師の天文司郎で、容姿端麗でやさしくて…… Direct: What are you talking about? You're the chief astronomer, good looking, and kind.
