Hello again!
After a long period of break that I did not write, I came back with energy and energy to present you Our Sunday brunch that we made in our home with friends, acquaintances, colleagues, families – everyone enjoyed creating something artistic, and the delicacies were amazing – pies and pans, , A mangol pie (a Japanese lettuce), a Bulgarian beef pie, a shakshuka, homemade salads, an eggplant and onion pie, cakes and garnishes, etc. The art part was filled with a duet with two trumpets – you can see the duet in the blog. Enjoy! The cooking trumpeter

Hello to you! For a long time I have not sat down to write because of lack of time and I apologize for that. Today I cooked a really tasty meal in a Russian Jewish style. The menu was “The Jewish Nioki”, or in Yiddish my grandmother used to call it “Kreplach.” The Kreplach was stuffed with turkey. Basically the best sauce  is  cream sauce, but today I felt like making another sauce so I decided on a tomato sauce with special mushrooms, some sweet mustard, pesto and butter. I also cooked eggplant on the fire with a fresh slice of salmon in a lemon marinade. A wonderful, tasty and healthy dish came out! Last weekend I went to visit Amsterdam, where I lived in Amsterdam, where I studied my trumpet and music. An amazing city, liberal, bustling, nice people, food of all kinds and species – just a culinary experience and enriching. In their famous author Albert Heijn, I found amazing salads, which unfortunately I could not find in Germany – fried eggplant salad, fried peppers salad, tahini salad and hummus sabra from Abu Ghosh. Please don’t  forget to shop at my Jewish “Shop”,you can find this shop up left at my Blog home page. Enjoy the pictures, I will be happy to hear your comments ~! Always yours, The cooking trumpeter
