Honestly, my main issue with BNHA right now is just how little I feel like I know about the MC. Watching Midoriya feel like an afterthought compared to his rival or a family that hardly has to do with him has been so draining to try to get through, only for us to still know virtually nothing about Midoriya. No reflections on back when he was quirkless, no actual thoughts about how his life is now or how he feels about his friends, hell we don't even know anything about both of his parents that's substantial.

It makes me even wonder, why make Midoriya the protagonist, if this was really about Bakugou or the Todorokis to begin with.

Honestly, y'all should be more upset with Endeavor. He saw a desperate woman who was dealing with her parents pressuring her to marry him for their own financial gain... And said, shoot let me get in on this action. Like my gosh, does Rei deserve better than this.
