Today the 10th of October is #mentalhealthday I'm taking the time today to show respect, support and honor to those who are battling any type of mental illness or disorder. There is nothing wrong or shameful about having a disorder, the disorder doesn't define the person. It's even less shameful to speak about it; I'm serous it's time that we start the conversation. Most persons are scared to get help in fear of how others will judge or get even more anxiety of the the dear that they would go crazy, when in truth that's not the case at all.. In fact a mental disorder is just a chemical unbalance in the brain. It's the same as having a medical problem in any other area of the body, a lot of the time the person not negative or "crazy" because some of the nicest, smartest, creative people you'll ever meet I'm say to everyone that we need to #stopthestigma of #mentalillness We need to start speaking about this it's not a stigma , anyone can have it;you, me , your friend, your family member but you'll never know cause it said the be shameful by our society to have a #mentaldisorder and person with it hide and afraid to get help Someone with a #mentalhealth problem could be normal all they need is help I ask everyone to #jointheconversation on mental illness, we need to become aware and spread the awareness We need to #changetheconversation If you hear anyone making fun of someone stop them... You have a choice lets #changetheconversation

Today the 19th of August is my favorite day of the year ITS #worldhumanitarianday and my brother's birthday I hope that everyone had a great day. And I just wanna tell everyone to remember that we all have the opportunity to make the world a better place, every day that we are alive. . .. . We are all blessed to have shelter, clothes, food and almost everything that we want, And there are persons who have nothing, we all need to be humbled and content with what we have. . . . . WE NEED TO STOP HATING, BEING GREEDY, Jealousy AND MOST OF ALL BEING SELF- CENTERED These things wouldn't bring us happiness but the complete opposite. . . . WE NEED TO PRACTICE BEING KIND, COMPASSIONATE AND PLAIN AND STRAIGHT HUMBLED FOR EVERYTHING THAT WE HAVE, . . GRATEFUL FOR THE LIVES WE HAVE.. THE PEOPLE THAT WE HAVE IN THEM . . . IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW CRAPPIE OR MESSED UP YOUR LIFE IS YOU CAN AND MUST ALWAYS FIND THE GOOD IN IT AND TRY TO ALWAYS DO THE BEST THAT YOU CAN DO WITH A CRAPPIE SITUATION. .. .. 'ALWAYS FIND THE GOOD IN EVERY SITUATION ' . . .. ..
