I've been thinking about this a lot!!! Since he's not human, he doesn't get sick like we do:

He's aware we call it being sick, but his term is 'feeling withered/wilted.'

He doesn't have a temperature, but his skin turns pale and blemished like a diseased plant, and gets kinda slimy and cold like a frog's.

No energy, no appetite, barely talks. Very zombie-ish.

He gets real drowsy and dazed and the only thing to motivate him is seeking out warmth.

He just needs sunshine and sleep to get better so you'd find him laying out in the sun during the day and hiding away in blankets at night, sleeping it off. He only eats once a day, since his body needs rest rather than sustenance.

He's not used to asking someone to care for him, but in this state if MC offered to help he'd honestly just ask you to keep him warm too with zero assumption as to what you might think. He's just a little too out of it to be embarrassed about it.

Hi, I just created this account just to write to you. I really like Mushroom Oasis ^^

English isn't my first language, and I'm using a translator, so please forgive me if something wasn't translated well.

I don't know if anyone else has already asked this question, but from what I've seen so far, I haven't seen anyone ask this specifically, so I'm asking... How would Mychael react to an MC who has Onychophagy? Or in other words, who bites their nails? Whether it's a habit the MC somehow developed shortly after their cat disappeared, or one that the MC had long before. Would Mychael try to help them to stop that bad habit in some way?

For a bad habit, if it was a little nibbling here and there, he'd find the trait kinda cute! Like "oh, they're doing that thing again." It's definitely something he'd notice if MC does it often enough. Like at some point he'd start calling you "moth" instead of "firefly" on account of all the nibbling.

Although if you do it so much to the point of causing injury, he'd be worried enough to stop you from doing it.

If it's severe and you consented, he'd even be willing to suppress the need for you to do it with his ability when he's around.
