my frizz is increased when i use any type of hot iron, so I put some of this through my dry hair before using the iron. I do not put in on my scalp at all whatsoever. Oil anywhere near my scalp makes me look very greasy in 2.5 seconds.

My all time favorite. found at drugstores with a good price. This stuff smells so amazing and makes my scalp feel fresh and its not greasy feeling. The caffeine helps promote hair growth and smells like peppermint. 

Not Your Mothers Way To Grow Shampoo&Conditioner 

Not gonna lie, this stuff smells strongly of fireball and it can leave your hair a bit dry. However, it does grow my hair fast and thick. I have a love hate relationship with this one so when I use it, I just add it to another shampoo and conditioner

super helpful with growing hair and growing it thick and strong. 

I’ve used and tested a lot of things but this is just a list of things that have been consistent in my routine because I like them a lot and they help with my hair issues.
