My official 'Hello', officially.
Dang, it's my first actual post, and I'm already recycling jokes, what a start...
Hello! If you are reading this, as of now, you probably have an idea of who I am, but if you don't, allow me to make some basic introductions.
My name is MystaJar, I stream on twitch under the same name, and I am a boxman Vchoober, but even that is debatable sometimes. I like to play a little bit of everything on the internet and sometimes people watch, but my favorite games to play right are are rhythm games, especially Groove Coaster, Fortnite, and Street Fighter 6. Originally, my extended social media presence was primarily on Twitter, but given the recent changes, and the general decline of both the management and community over the years, I found this might be a better time than ever to make like Tarzan's family from the hit 1999 film of the same name and jump ship. Hopefully, unlike them tho, I don't get mauled by a Jaguar, but fortunately that may be difficult to achieve in California. Let's just hope I keep in my lane at the San Diego Zoo...
So, what am I doing here? and what should you plan to see here? Well, I'll be honest. When it comes to tumblr, I feel like a child who lost their parent in the middle of Costco. Everything is very new, unique, and unfamiliar to me. So in the beginning, things might be a little weird and disorganized here. BUT(T), I do have a plan a direction I want to take this page:
Given the blog nature of tumblr, I can make a lot more long-form posting, as opposed to Twitter, which I think is a format that works better for me to be perfectly honest. I can better portray my thoughts and be able to write more expressively. Call me Mario Paint because I like to go full Creative Exercise
Twitch will always be my main platform, but I'd like make to content unique to the site, and I think the best way I can do that is behind the scenes content of the channel, a little look into how I do what I do. Is it perfectly unique... no... but it is specific to me, and allows me to spitball on the internet and have a bit of fun. As well as document my process with the channel for archival purposes.
I also plan on posting general updates and stream schedules, too. And for the latter, I'll be able to give more detail on planned streams along with it.
Like I said before, it will certainly be weird in general at the start, but like any platform, I'm hoping to make some stuff that will be equally fun for readers and myself alike.
I have some other ideas for creative projects, too. Most of which I will discussing a bit more once they're fleshed out, but for now. Hi, imma be here for a while.
