I didn’t eat as I’m on a diet.

A diet… there are lots of female employees always on a diet at my company. Atkins diet, detox diet… so many names. I heard what one of the employees was saying as a coincidence and said starving is rather not good for you. Something like weight loss from starving is gained ever so easily.
