I’m just so curious on whether Oliver and Ryan had any sort of chemistry read or the showrunners saw their natural chemistry and knew they had something special. Because there is no way to replicate what they have with any other love interest and we’ve seen that on the show many times. Ryan and Oliver don’t even have to try because their chemistry is so organic that it reflects seamlessly on screen in every single scene they share together. And I think that’s so special and lovely to see.

This moment is so insane to me. Like did the editors and the directors not realize Ryan straight up did that? Was he told to? Was it a joke? How did this go unnoticed. If buddie is “made up” by the fans then why would they include this scene. I’m sure they took several takes of this scene and they CHOSE to use this one. Eddie literally checked Buck out and got caught be Chimney.

i know that the decreasing faith in buddie going canon is causing some blogs to post less or completely disappear, but honestly…the change in direction (for the worse so far, lol) has made things waaaay more interesting, imo. give me all the commentary. i want the bitterness as much as i want the joy. we’re gonna be one of those fandoms that hasn’t forgotten whatever choices the show makes years after the final episode airs and i’ll be having a damn good time.
