Little plant pot zombie!

Surprised her (and her friends) aren't on this blog already! This is Gardener, a little zombie I designed in the margins of a notebook. That was the start of a little trio I call the Pocket Zoms! Little zombies that fit in your hand.

This is my third redraw of her!

Started a new TTRPG over the weekend, here's my PC, Symbri!

A young woman infected with a demonic parasite, normally housed in her left hand.

As a child, her and many others from her small village were experimented on by a demonic cult. Luckily she was rescued by a group of adventures, who went on to save the world!

When the adventures completed their journey, Symbri was adopted by the party's wizard and his husband (a reformed demon). Unable to separate Symbri from her parasite, her wizard father created a gauntlet to contain and control it's powers.

Apprenticing under her fathers, Symbri was ready to learn more about magic and the demons, but now she's woken up as an undead in a mysterious crypt??? (Thanks GM, did not expect the party to die BEFORE the campaign)

Thanks to that shock, and her missing gauntlet, Symbri spent the whole first session looking more like this! (girl's night)

When the Harry Potter HBO series comes out, I better not be seeing any of the bullshit justifications that you guys used to justify your Hogwarts Legacy purchases.

"Oh, she won't be making any money from it!" She's the executive producer.

"There's no ethical consumption under capitalism anyway!" That excuse applies when you're talking about things that humans actually need, like food. That excuse does not apply when you're talking about a TV show.

"I have to support the creators!" No you don't. No you fucking don't. If that excuse was true, you'd have to consume every piece of media that was ever created. Besides, Warner Brothers is a billion-dollar corporation. You won't hurt their feelings if you boycott one TV show.

"But it was my childhood!" I don't care. I legitimately do not care.

I don't wanna go through this bullshit again. Just don't fucking watch the series. It's that simple.

Say hello to the new Serena Soundcheq! Owner of the (70s themed) Gold Record Karaoke Bar in Sweet Jazz City!

Little sneaky peeky at my EE OC redesign! Did some neutral poses to nail down the art style and proportions.

Serena started as my entry for the Great at Crime design contest, I loved her design so much, I thought I'd bring her back! (Plus seeing others OCs, I wanted to join the fun :P)

I really wanted her original design to scream SINGER, so I incorporated a lot of music notes into her design. Both her eyebrows and pigtails are quarter notes! The pigtails are so fun to draw, and give her a unique silhouette.

I really love Molly's button irises so I thought I'd give Serene vinyl record irises, they're tough to get right but when they're done they look so cute! Originally here eyes were blue, but I've changed them to orange and yellow to fit the rest of her colour scheme.

Her new Casual outfit is a fairly basic conversion of her blaster uniform, I wanted something relatively simple but cute.

For her work outfit I looked at a lot of 70s African American fashion, I loved the colours and the patterns. You can see how the record theme came back with a passion. I love her earrings and the circles on her pants. Her bracelet is a call to her casual belt.

It so weird trying to explain the design process in words, hope this reads well. :'D

Anyway, I'm working on proper art of her for next week!
