A bomb went off at his left side
He can’t hear a thing and his vision went blurry. He leaned onto the nearest building. --- He’s gonna black-out.

“can you move?”
he asked, his arms supporting his body, helping him up on his feet.
“does it hurt?”

“People wouldn’t be looking for me if I moved away. You wouldn’t call me stupid, if that was the case.”
“Well if that’s the case, that’s not what you call running away. It’s called moving away.”

The music passed through his ears and the lyrics embraced his thoughts, even though he tried to block it out. Aaron didn’t want it. He sipped again. Cold beer flowed in between his lips as he tilted his second bottle up and it tasted more bitter than how it was before.

When the song ended, his thoughts still doesn’t seem to be f r e e. The same voice, clearer now, came closer. Maybe to remind him again of reality through the last few hours of the night.
Tell me I’m your baby, and you never leave me. Tell me that you’ll kiss me forever. Whisper that you love me. Have you ever leave me? Be mine …
SINGING ALWAYS MAKE her feel happy. It’s her p a s s i o n. If her parents knew about this, they would be so DISAPPOINTED with her. But tonight, she’s going to do this for her own happiness.
It was just a small gig that her classmate offered her. After a few lyrics, when the song finally ended, she decided to rest for a bit. She made her way to the bar, not to get drunk but to drink some water. “One water please.”

GOING TO A BAR ALONE in the city that never sleeps and ordering a drink to have a reason to stay while waiting for nothing in the night that will soon end. What’s sadder than that?

“Bartender.” He emotionlessly called out, slightly raising the empty bottle in his hand. What's more, to lose?

She did the instructions he gave her very well. Well- if it wasn’t for her oh so boring & not very helpful assistance, she would have done it in just a matter of seconds. Unfortunately, it’s not. Instead, she opened the wrong light switch.
The hall lit up.
Aaron got up and cautiously made his way to the light switch, not wanting to embarrass himself even though it was completely dark. He stopped in front of the other and reached for the switch behind her. When the light came on, he returned back to his seat.
“You're trying to sneak out.”, he spoke first.

"Light switch. Behind you." His head was resting on one hand, elbow on top of the table, as he waited for the light to flash mercilessly on his restless and baggy eyes.

She quickly turned her heel towards where the voice was and searched it in the dark. Her blue pair of hues glued in the darkness.
“Uh no… Sorry.”

“That’s not working well for you, is it?”
It wasn’t that cliche... on second thought, it was. Dark room, creaking floors? He may be creepy sitting alone in that table, but at his defense, he got thirsty and it wasn’t his fault the other was trying to secretly sneak out.
mysticvictor.

too dangerous to walk alone in the dark, huh? just like a scary movie?
‘AISHA, WHEN YOU HEAR a creaking sound, don’t go for Christ’s sake.’ She reminded herself. It was her first time to sleep over, over her friend’s house. And the first vibe she felt was this. What the hell was that all about?

A smile appeared on his features as warmth replaced the bareness of his hand. It was one of the little things he loved. He gripped it tightly, not wanting to ever let go.
“Great timing there, little Nightingale.”
