Myth Nightclub owner, Jon Mroz finalized a purchase agreement from the previous owner of the building that he leased from. The 38,835-square-foot building is across from the former Duval County Courthouse and City Hall site, the proposed The Ford on Bay retail and multifamily residential development. He and his partners have several short-term and long-term goals for the space.
