They say that if you do something frequently enough then it would become merely a force of habit. As I had decided to turn over a new leaf, I had listed down a series of habits I wanted to imbibe. So here I am trying to settle into a routine one habit at a time. I had gotten inspired from a friend and decided to keep a log journal of my daily advances in my routine. Knowing me, I’m the last person that could ever maintain a running journal for longer than 3 days. So I guess this is my attempt at changing that as well. With the onset of new year, let’s all hope to Embrace change and look forward to becoming improved versions of oneself.
