One of the days I most enjoyed was boating the Jin Thompson museum. It was absolutely gorgeous. Even the story being the artifacts and the house it self was really interesting. And the house still stands as is. The lady that was touring us was very informative and I learned a lot of interesting facts and the artifacts were absolutely gorgeous

Today we got chance to visit on of the local farm. Uncle Nuygan farm This gentleman story was truly inspiring. He came from poverty and had nothing but he worked hard and now he has farm that supports the locals in the community. This should me if you truly strive for what you want and don’t give up everything you want will come your way. Coming from nothing and gaining so much with time comes with patients and hard work which he showed.

Here we got chance to see this beautiful hotel call the Movenpick hotel. This hotel was breathtaking it was so beautiful. We learned a lot about that the hotel offer, the beautiful rooms and amenities. They also shared information about the other locations. This hotel is truly gorgeous and everything they offer to their guest and how the really push for health and wellness. For instance cooing meal catering to the guest health needs which I thought was impeccable. I really loved the approach to sustainability as well.
And I hope I get a chance to stay here one day

Today was one of my favourite day and experience. We had chance to meet to chefs from the university where we learned to cook Thailand national dishes and desserts. With this experience I learned how much pride they take in the cuisine when it comes to flavour and plating. It was really fun working as a team and completing these amazing and delious dishes that hope to take with me to Canada.
The chefs were super nice and they really made us feel so welcomed. I really had so much fun with this workshop and really appreciate the chefs patience and hospitality.
