Your guide to waking up early.

So, you are struggling to wake up early or maybe just wanna try waking up early to improve productivity, health or to meditate? I got you.
Dont set your expectations too high. If you wake up at 10 am then the next day, you cant just wake up at 4am. Its okay to take things slow.
Set your alarm 30-15 mins earlier each day. For example on Monday you woke up at 9am then on tuesday set your alarm at 8:45 then so on. After a week you'll be waking up at 7am.
Take atleast 8 hours sleep atleast. I know you are busy but sleep is gonna help you have healthy body and mind.
Play your fav game or watch tiktok for 20 mins to keep you awake. And you can use app blockers to block those apps just after your allowed time. After a week or so you can change this thing with a novel or intresting book.
Now, we have talked about general tips and we will spilt the following into two sections THE NIGHT BEFORE and THE MORNING.
The Night Before:-
1. Switch off all your devices atleast 45-60 minutes before sleeping.
2. Restrict your caffeine intake for atleast 6 hours before bed.
3. Set your alarm somewhat faraway from you. (not that far that it's unable to wake u but not beside ur bed).
Also you can download one of those shuffling alarm apps.
4. ready your clothes and plan an exciting breakfast.
5. Make your bed before sleeping.
6. Follow a night self-care routine. It doesn't have to be magnificent just do ur skincare, write journal and meditate.
7. Manifest. or just repeat "I wake up early." "I love mornings". and don't forget to say thankyou for all u have.
The Morning:-
1. After switching off the alarm, Drink water first thing in morning. You can sleep with a water bottle too.
2. Play a game or read a book that keeps you awake. (but in a limit)
3.Stretch. You can do light cardio or pilates from YouTube on your bed.
4. Make bed. This is small yet so beautiful act of self-care to you.
5. Do your morning routine and turn off your phone in morning please.
And just take it easy. Don't be mad at yourself cause' you overslept a day. Enjoy the journey to the better version of yourself.

Prayer Of The Day
Dear God, Thank you for the gift of humility. I’m grateful that You see me not for my achievements, but as Your beloved child. Forgive me for the times I’ve let pride get in the way of truly knowing You. Help me to embrace humility, to stand in awe of Your majesty and grace. Quiet my striving and fill me with a desire to simply love You and serve others. Thank you for the true riches that come…

My recent now ex texted my other ex. We had an entire four hours of you know and after all that. . continue reading. Yesterday my narc abuser called me delusional. Said after a week of dating and talking for an entire month we were nothing. I was nothing. He said that never happened. He gaslit me again. He's willing to say "clearly she is not my girl if she is with you". He told my partner that I had an STD I didn't have which is just petty. He lied to him for some fucked up reason. After he said that my person picked up and left. Said I can't stop talking about my exes and I shouldn't talk about them at all. Then after that he said I was clingy. So thank you to my narc abuser once again.

If they call you delusional cut them off. If they call you crazy cut them off. Protect your peace. Your reality and how you saw things dosent make you any of those things. You aren't a liar. That was your experience. Live your truth without caring what others say. Don't allow people to gaslight you and pretend they never did that. That didn't happen. If they won't take fucking ownership thank u, next.

It can be really hard to learn to engage in positive self talk, but sometimes it's easier to start by pretending it's coming from a friend, first 💜

What a healthy, secure relationship looks like
He communicates consistently and clearly. Replies promptly, doesn't leave you on seen, checks up on you throughout the day/week according to his schedule and in agreement with your needs as well.
He pays attention to your needs and desires and quirks, and makes your life better using said details. Ie. buys your favorite kind of flowers, makes your favorite tea in the morning, remembers your food allergies when having dinner dates, etc.
Disagreements may still appear even in health relationships, and it's ok, as communication is essentual for a healthy dynamic. However, his approach to disagreements is a secure one: each will share their perspective, and if feelings were hurt or mistakes were made, he takes accountability for his side, and makes genuine apologies followed by reparations and direct actions (ie. "I'm sorry I did x, I didn't mean to hurt you. I will be/do y in the future", and then does as he promised).
Promises are kept. His actions are in alignment with his words, and he keeps his words. If he says he'll call you after work, he does. If he says he needs to cool off during an argument and will reopen the conversation in 1h, he does indeed return in 1h to continue the topic.
If you're anxious, he will reassure you and work through it. He doesn't run away or avoid the topic (as an avoidantly attached person would).
If you come forward communicating your needs, or sharing complaints or grievances, he will hear you out and actively seek a way to improve things. He won't freak out, or get angry or run away in response to you having needs or communicating your thoughts; these are normal relationship things you're entitled to, and a securely attached man knows this.
A man that is well-rounded, with a secure attachment style, will have a rich life of his own: hobbies, interests, circles of friends, activities, etc. He will enjoy having his independence and space, and will respect your need for your own. He is not co-dependent, nor gets in the way of you having your own life outside of him. He knows having individually rich lives is important for a healthy relationship. To expand on this, he encourages you to enjoy your selfcare time, your girl's night out, or whatever other activities nourish you.

Had to move on for my own sanity the idea that he was only seeing me because I looked like his wife was killing me.
“I just don’t want that for myself anymore” is a valid reason to stop anything.

Why is your morning routine so important?

I used to be that girl who woke up to the sound of a blaring alarm seconds before school started. Got up grabbed myself a bowl of fruit loops or a bagel and left for school. Of course, I was younger back then. It didn't affect me much until I got older. Firstly, your body is hypersensitive to everything in the morning. Your brain is being activated after a long night's rest, it's hyper-aware of its surroundings. Your cortisol is at its peak in the first few hours of waking up. When you make your body wake up to the sound of a stressful alarm, and rush yourself out the door, especially with bad nutrition, it sets your day up for stress and less productivity or motivation. You may not notice it, but your body definitely does. If your body is in a chronic state of stress or even In the mornings, it can lead to a multitude of side effects such as anxiety, digestion problems, weight gain, fatigue, high blood pressure, and the list goes on. Some of us like me won't even notice how stressed out our bodies are until we change it. So don't think because you don't notice it much doesn't mean it's not there, you're just used to it. So, my solution? Here is (in short) what I did to help make my morning routines a lot more relaxing to set me up for a successful day.
1: Wake up much earlier before you leave the house, I wake up around 6:30-7 most days. Make sure you sleep early the night before because sleep is so important!!!
Tip: Stay off your phone an hour after waking up to reduce any excess stress
2: Changed my alarm to birds to make it more of a natural wake-up. I know you might think this won't do anything, but the one apple makes for the sleep setting is super loud!
3: Do a morning meditation. This can be affirmations, guided, or even just music.
4. Work out or stretch. It can even be 5 mins, just wake up your body.
5. Get some vitamin D. Getting some real sunlight on your face without sunglasses helps our body naturally align with our circadian rhythm and can help wake you up and also get a good sleep when its dark out.
6. Eat a healthy breakfast. For me, I love something with high proteins and a balance of fats and carbs.
7. Have a ritual drink. This can be an herbal tea or just some regular coffee. Having a warm drink every morning helps me relax.
8. Journalling. Journalling helps me find my thoughts for the day or plan it out, it's a game changer when I do.
Of course, these are a lot of things and many of you might have other things to do in your lives, so take it slow and just start little by little! Eventually, you can add more things into your routine to make it personalized, but this is what I've found to help most. All journies are personal and what works for me may not work for you.

Health section. Got it.
summer glowup guide ᡣ𐭩ྀིྀི₊ ⊹
happy summer break!! it's time to rest and reset, and become the best version of yourself! here's a little guide and some tips ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚
makeup/skincare:
♡ throw out any expired products
♡ clean any brushes or applicators
♡ reorganize your products
♡ remember to wear sunscreen everyday and reapply if you're going outside for more than an hour!
fashion:
♡ sort through your clothes and donate any you don't wear
♡ wear cute and comfy clothes that will keep you cool
♡ go shopping or thrifting as a fun activity
academics:
♡ remember to rest, and take it easy. this is your break after all!
♡ throw away old journals or papers you don't need
♡ empty and clean our your backpack, pencil bag, purses, etc.
♡ when test scores come back- be proud of yourself, and try to figure out any mistakes you made
♡ make a study schedule for any work or studying you want/need to do!
♡ don't procrastinate on studying if you have an exam in the fall, like the PSAT. you don't want to wait until the last minute!
♡ set goals for yourself- ex: five hours of studying a week, one module a day, etc.
health:
♡ drink lots of water!! as it heats up, staying hydrated is even more important
♡ eat at least three full meals a day, or at least snack regularly
♡ stay active! exercising at least three times a week is a good way to get started
♡ take your meds on time! -> this is so important. taking my antidepressants regularly has helped me feel SO much better and happier
♡ be patient and loving with yourself. your body is not going to change in a day, and you don't need a perfect beach body to look amazing and be worthy of love. what matters much more is that you are as healthy as you can be
hobbies:
♡ it's finally the time to do all the things you didn't have time to do during the school year!
♡ writing, drawing, painting, playing an instrument, crocheting, knitting, reading, making arts and crafts
♡ try to find stuff to do that gets you off of your phone/the internet
mindset:
♡ summer break is a time for resting, but it's also a chance for you to improve yourself! didn't like how you acted or the grades you got last year? you always have another chance!
♡ reflect on yourself, the things and people that make you happy, and the things that don't. it's not easy getting rid of toxicity and negativity- but being at peace, even if it's alone, is a wonderful feeling.
♡ be patient with yourself. you are not going to change in a day, and it takes a long time to form habits and get to where you want to be. but taking small steps and making changes every day is so important.
♡ be kind, be loving, and be the kind of person you want to be.
i love you all and i hope you have an amazing summer!! ˚ʚ♡ɞ˚
