I was walking through the general convention area and I am wearing my ‘there is no team Frank’ shirt and a lady cheers and says, “Yes! Team Frank” and I say, um, no, read the whole thing. There is NO team Frank. And she literally put her hand up and pushed me away, and I was like, fine, girl, we can part ways because you are NOT my people. Except I was nice about it and was laughing, and she was mean and serious, so I think maybe she needs to reevaluate her priorities. Is it Frank that made you bitter, honey? He does that to people.

Well I love knowing these things about you @supertam87 . I would add that you also write the most beautiful heartfelt letters that can make a person cry x o

Hmmm, what do I like about myself?

1) I make a mean pair of mittens.  And gloves.  I can make mittens and gloves.  From my own sheeps wool

2) I treasure old ways.  Farming, Faith and Family mostly.

3) I’m good at growing things - well, outdoor things (not houseplants so much)

4) I’m an exceptionally good judge of an animals conformation, especially horses.  I can spot a poor hock, a bench knee, a shallow hoof, a steep croup from a long distance.  Don’t know how that helps me in my life these days, but there you have it.

5) Most of all, and most importantly, I have learned to be an excellent health care giver, a fierce advocate and more patient than I ever, ever dreamed I could be when giving that care.

Thanks for the tag, @flockof! You’re ability to identify celebrity hybrids still confounds me. Ok, let’s talk about me:

1) I have learned to truly love myself. I can talk without boasting about why I am a good person, can appreciate my strengths, even though they are different from other people’s strengths which I admire and wish I had. I’m great just as I am.

2) I am wise and level-levelheaded. My mother always told me I have an old soul, and almost every time I meet a new friend, they say the same thing.

3) I am highly adaptable. I can Macgyver anything. Physcial things, vacations, learning new skills - throw me in - I can make it work. Baptism by fire is how I learn best. 

4) I make magic with a sewing machine

5) I’m an excellent cook/baker

Oh my goodness @marian4456 I love, love, love that movie!!!

Ever since my mother literally forced me to go to the 30th Anniversary showing of Gone With The Wind in 1969, I have been a huge Vivien Leigh fan.  From the very first scene, I was enrapt by her screen presence.  Although most probably know her in her most famous role as Scarlett O’Hara,  there was another movie character that left me spellbound…that of Myra Lester.  In a way, Cait reminds me of Vivien because of the way they convey the character so well with just facial expressions.  So tonight, I am happily watching one of my most favorite movies of all time…Waterloo Bridge.

Sometimes the grumpy barn cat turned house cat has just had enough and has to take a nap in the middle of knitting...

I wish all of you, my dears, a happy Valentines Day!  If you do nothing else today, take a moment to stop and give yourself a hug.  Drink a cup of your favorite coffee or tea or cocoa or whatever (shoot I don’t care if its a glass of water if you enjoy it!)  If you have someone special to celebrate it with, celebrate well.  If there’s no significant other, then tell someone else in your life how much you appreciate them.
