Repository Wizard

The Repository Wizard is a utility for automating the repository technique for objects and clothing.

Object Mode

This mode of the Repository Wizard automates the process described by HugeLunatic in their Repository Technique tutorial.

Clothing Mode

This mode of the Repository Wizard creates new re-colours for a new/modified mesh based on an existing mesh with its own set of re-colours.

This is NOT the simple approach to the repository method of linking the dependant's TXMT resource(s) to the donor's TXTR resource(s), but a new, more advanced, approach of linking via the 3IDR resource.

🚨🚨CONGRESS SECRETLY TRYING TO SNEAK IN EARN IT ACT COPYCAT INTO MUST PASS SPENDING BILL (PLEASE READ EXTREMELY IMPORTANT)

July 20, 2023 Congress is right now determining what is included in a must pass spending bill the NDAA. Often congress will sneakily add as amendments their bills that they can't pass in a normal setting.

If you remember, I made a previous post about EARN IT being reintroduced here.

The EARN IT Act and it's copycats are bipartisan bills that will greatly censor if not completely eliminate encryption and anything sexual and LGBTQ+ from the internet, globally. Anything the far-right doesn't like will be completely gone. The best way to stop them is to use https://www.badinternetbills.com/ to call your senators.

Following it's initial introduction earlier this year was massive opposition from human rights, LGBT, tech, political groups, and grassroots groups. Bc of this, the senators decided to remake the bill but give it a new name, so they can still pass Earn It without actually passing Earn It. Those bills are the Stop CSAM Act (yes really, they actually named it that), and the Cooper-Davis act.

The entire point of these bills is to mass surveil and censor everyone and I don't know why more people or senators speak out against it. There is a direct timeline from when the Attorney General Barr (under Trump) said he wanted to do this to it's initial introduction in 2019, and how the senators explicitly knew they couldn't actually say that so they lied and said it was about "stopping CSAM" or "stopping drugs" for Cooper-Davis Act.

These bills essentially do the following:

they gut encryption, the one thing actually protects you from having your data seen by anyone. Do you want republicans to know you're trans? that someone had an abortion? that they spoke out against the govt? to see your private photos you have uploaded to the cloud? to see what porn you watch? if youre a journalist, or an abuse survivor, any hacker or abuser can see your stuff and track you.

they gut parts of Section 230, the one thing that allows anyone to post online and birthed social media. Previous gutting into 230 gave us the tumblr nsfw ban and killed that site.

they create an unelected commission with some already established govt body (DOJ, FTC, etc) that will include law enforcement and people from NCOSE or other Christian conservative groups who will decide what is and isn't lawful to say. no citizen can vote who's on this commission, and the president gets to pick. it's like the supreme court, but for the internet.

lead to mass censorship and surveillance because of the above

We have until the end of the month to stop this, but this can be added literally any moment until then. It's literally code red. If this is added it goes into effect immediately. The BEST way to stop this is to drive calls and emails to the senate. https://www.badinternetbills.com/ connects you directly to your members of congress & gives you a call script.

They could be added in ANY DAY and we need to push hard to stop it before it gets to that point. A bit belated, I know. Oh well.. ;) This texture replacement will change the look of love / chemistry hearts (and also love potion hearts, and first kiss hearts).

* Each default consists of three identical textures. Chemistry hearts effect uses two of those. Love potion effect only uses one texture, and it is colorized in the game (so there's always some red). Not sure what the third "heart" texture does. The third one is used in love tub effects.

10 - I've renamed parts of Villain outfit so the legs are a part of the costume - opaque and shiny.

11, 14, 16 - Both long dresses and flaired pants got new sandals.

Puffy Sleeve Gown

This one went through at least 4 iterations until I get to its final form. The sleeves are not perfect, they sometimes clip with the shoulder, but I gave up on fighting with it. It’s a mashup of Bunhead’s Noir Dress, CatOfEvilGenius’s Lace shirt, and MDP’s Off Shoulder Gown.

AF only, has all morphs. Only these 2 colors, because I had enough XD But here’s the PSD for folks to make more recolors! :)

Lifetime Want Chooser

Hi all!

To start off this simblr, here's something I've just finished.

This is an object for the Sims 2 that lets you manually choose a lifetime want for your sim, instead of cycling one by one!

I made it while working on 50 new lifetime wants and realizing what a huge pain it is to go through them in testing. If only we could just choose an LTW, I thought. Well, :)

3t2 Police Station Windows & Doors

3t2 Diner Set - Windows, Door, & Sign

This set took me a while to put together, but I hope it was worth the wait! Today I have for you two windows, a door, a lovely diner sign, and three color schemes for the set.

Here's what you're getting:

A three-tile window (this is the PARENT mesh). It has two recolorable subsets, and note that I did not make a diagonal version since most classic diners tend to be rectangular. Also, stretching the mesh diagonally just didn't look quite right.

A one-tile window (child of the above), also placeable only on straight walls.

A set of double doors. The frame around the door is a child of the 3-tile window, but I made the doors themselves their own recolorable subset. I did make a diagonal for these doors since I think they're flexible enough to be used for a variety of buildings.

A 4-tile diner sign that I chopped off and made its own object.

This sign looks best if it's placed on a wall or half-wall since there's a gap where the lettering hangs. It's four tiles long and you can find it in Deco > Misc (I tried to make it shiftable but it's too large). The neon portions should glow lightly at night and you can recolor the letters and the neon stripes.

Recolors of the set in either the Lucky Palms colors (teal with pink lettering) or the Roaring Heights colors (metallic with red letters and slightly darker doors).

Oh and as a quick note: I made the top metallic diamond pattern seamless between the windows, so if you notice that they're not lining up correctly try flipping the window around to the other side. With some fiddling you should be able to get it looking right.

3t2 Hospital Windows, Doors, & More

Onto the hospital!

Here's what I have for you:

A 2-story single tile window (this is the PARENT mesh)

A single story matching window (child mesh)

Diagonals for both

A THREE-TILED double door! I cloned this from Leefish's Mauritania Three tile door. Unfortunately there is no diagonal for this as that was beyond my skill level. Note that it takes its textures from the 2-story window.

Decorative awning (also takes its texture from the parent mesh)

Four walls patterns from the base game, Ambitions and Roaring Heights hospitals

As usual, I tend to like to have opaque window patterns, but I've included a clear recolor too. You have the option of blue blinds, teal blinds, or beige blinds. There are two options for the window frames--light or dark. Here's preview of some of the options:

The awning is cloned from a rug and is designed to sit flush against a 5-tile wall.

And here are the cross signs, cloned from the three-tile Pop Art mesh. I've included a few recolor options for these too:

And here are the four wall patterns. They're not very exciting, but make for good hospital exteriors.

3t2 Spa Windows, Doors, Deco, & More!

This set took me a while to get right since there were so many pieces I wanted to convert. It's a big collection!

Here's what's included:

A two-story window with a clear recolor included (+ diagonal)

A simple metal double door (this is the PARENT mesh), diagonal included. Textured to be slightly metallic and reflective

A 3-tile display window (child mesh) + diagonal

A 1-tile matching window (also child mesh) + diagonal

A glass awning that fits on the 3-tile window (also child mesh). Note that it's cloned from a curtain so it isn't shiftable.

A really lovely mannequin that was just hidden inside the OG rabbithole! Someone clearly spent time making this mesh, but you can't even really see it in TS3 unless you move the camera super close. So here she is in all her glory, and I've included a green recolor that was also in the original file.

Three bottle displays for your window (the middle display is the PARENT, the other two are children)

A round wall decal with an optional recolor (it's from the Riverview spa which has a green color scheme).

A cornice fence for the top of your building. I tried to make it viewable from the NH by fiddling with the LODs, but I had no luck (if anyone knows how to make fences NH-view friendly, let me know!)

And a set of three walls:

A note about the 3-tile window: I wanted it to have finished edges when used as a pop-out display window, so the edges extend farther than usual. If you tile this window next to itself you'll notice some rippling between the meshes. It's best if it's spaced out or left alone like in the pic below.

I present you with part 1 (of 6) of 4t2 werewolves clothes that @spottedonsixam wants: this extremely cute sweater outfit GP12JacketHeavySweater, which I've created a whole vibe by pairing with birks from @oawus. It's cute, it's definitely a choice, and it means total poly is around 6.5k. I thought it'd be better to release this now rather than wait until I finish everything in case anyone else beats me to the other requested items :)

TF-EF, has all morphs, comes in the original 9 colors with swatch included, compressorized & you can choose to repo to AF. Only little issue is there's a weird square on the waist that I can't find where is coming from, so I can't figure out how to remedy.

At the Office | CC-Free Sims 2 Lot | Create-a-town

Everyone that has played this game for any length of time knows when a sim leaves to go to work, they really are held just off screen until the carpool drops them off at home several hours later. It makes for some awkward moments when the sim kids ask where their parents are for 8 hrs a day and how requests to go visit them during lunch break at work are met with uncomfortable silence and blank stares. 

Now neither you or your kidlet sims will have to be put in this distressing situation!

Here are 5 office buildings for decorators that are fit for just about any occupation (so long as it requires a desk, chair. and computer)!

These buildings come partly furnished to give you an idea of where to place things, but really they are for you to have fun decorating and customizing to fit your neighborhood. They are unfinished on purpose!

I used the Lost and Found Maxis Monolith Topiary in this lot. Some people don’t consider the “lost and found” items to be CC and others do. I’ve left it out of this package, but you can grab it here.

Here is a preview of each building. Remember, they are all built on one 5x2 lot and are not separate (meaning your sim cannot own one office building by itself).

I’ve run this lot through the Lot Compressor so any random references to sims that aren’t there should be removed. I have also run it through the Lot Cleaner to remove any bits of buggy code. This lot comes with a shiny custom thumbnail so it has even more curb appeal in your Lots and Houses bin! 😄

I ALWAYS recommend using the Sims 2 Pack Clean installer to install lot files.
