Down on your luck? 🍀 Try a Spell Jar!
Do you feel like everything is working against you?! Assemble a "Good Luck Spell Jar" to turn it all around.
What you will need:
INTENTION***
A jar with a lid
Green Candle
Bay Leaf
Twine
Sea Salt
White Rice
A few herbs that are not mentioned in the photo:
Cinnamon, Alfalfa, High John, Allspice, Ash, Thyme, Star Anise, Sandalwood, Poppy Seeds, Nutmeg, Oak, Mustard Seed, Myrrh, Lilac, or Irish Moss.
Crystals you can add:
Amazonite, Amber, Green Aventurine, Pyrite, or Black Tourmaline.
Add Clear Quartz to amplify your intention!!!

Cleanse your space, utensils and ingredients. Give each item a clear intention. I personally say it out loud to be very clear. Layer your ingredients, stick a cork in it and seal it with your wax and twine. As I do this step, I say a small chant that I write. You can say something like:
"The winds of change I feel tonight. The waters are calm, and the sky is bright. Luck be mine, come unto me. Harm to none, nor return unto me. So, Mote it Be!"
You can write your intention on the bay leaf, burn it and add the ashes. You can also write it on a piece of paper to add in your jar. Add a sigil anywhere, if you'd like or maybe a charm! 🍀🌠
INTENTION***-
Your intention is key here. Be clear and make sure you've done research to understand what you are adding to your jar. Without intention, you will just have a bunch of 💩 in a jar!
Much Love,
Enchanting Nova

While cleaning out my room I found a paper that my therapist gave me some time ago to deal with obsessive and intrusive thoughts. Sorry the paper is a little crinkled and stained, but I figured I’d post it in hopes that it will help someone like it helped me.
