i defend office staff like they are all my children even though they are typically older than me.
why cant management/corporate do the same? because we dont sell?
the salespeople make more than us and some scream at us if we don't do their work for them. the even worse ones say "oh okay" and walk away after you tell them how to do their job right. proceed to do nothing. issue is never resolved. customer proceeds to hate salesperson. customer specifically requests you despite you being an office employee. salesperson screams at us for not doing their job. im not supposed to know how to do their job, im just smart enough to figure it out better???
it took grievances from multiple people to get the last problem child sent to another store.
im so tired.
