personally, i’m loving this summer because i’ll be traveling to oregon :)

unfortunately, for many people, the ability to travel is a luxury they do not have access to. one of those people is my friend ibrahim, who i’ve been fundraising for for some time now.

ibrahim is a teenage boy in gaza trying to raise funds to evacuate himself and his family — especially his father, who has bladder cancer and needs a medical evacuation ASAP. this is possible — but only if ibrahim can raise the funds to make it happen.

with summer coming on, insects, heat, and dehydration will be plaguing the residents of gaza. ibrahim, like all of them, will be facing those threats and more — bombs, sickness, starvation, and a lack of proper housing or safety. please help him and his family evacuate!

hey guys, sorry to ask again so soon, but i'm in a bit of a predicament. my gf and i just inherited a car (great!) but very shortly after found it needed substantial repairs - around the $800 range (not great!). we were able to pay it with help from the original owner of the car, but drained both of our bank accounts in the process.

we prioritized the car for primarily job-seeking reasons; it would allow my gf to start going back to work, and for me, allow me to look for apprentice positions outside the city.

all our bills have been paid for the month thankfully, but we're left without any money for groceries or other essentials. i'm setting a goal of $200 which i think i can stretch til the end of the month if i budget really tight. if you can't assist, please boost this post!! thank you for reading!
