Sylus laughs but you’ve never seen him truly belly laugh.

Y’know, the kind where you can’t breathe, can barely speak, laughing so hard your stomach hurts and tears are streaming down your face. You’re not quite sure if your lover is capable of laughing in such a manner.

Though, that uncertainty certainly hasn’t stopped you. Like now, for instance, you’re currently clinging to his arm, nearly doubled over as your hysterical laughter goes silent.

Nothing but your death grip on his arm and the unstoppable shaking of your shoulders to let Sylus know you are, in fact, still losing it. “Sweetie…” and he feels it, feels laughter bubbling in his own chest.

The scene before the two of you wasn’t even all that funny, he’d blame the lack of sleep and the late hour of the night for it hitting such a nerve in your system. But, still, your unbridled laughter is infectious… even to him.

“Sweetie it wasn’t even that funny…” but he’s struggling to swallow his own laugh as you snort.

“You’re going to wake Mephisto.” He attempts to subdue you again, but your once silent laughter now turns into shrieks and he finds himself full on laughing with you.

The sound of something so rich, melodic, it stuns your fit of laughter for a moment. Leaving you staring at him in wide, teary eyed shock.

But, you find that his giggles are equally as contagious. 

Suddenly, you’re a mess all over again. Falling into his vibrating chest as you both give into the late night hysteria.

[l&ds journal tips] | @/thechaoticarchivist's [post] got me thinking about miscellaneous layering tricks used to create custom journal "elements" so i made breakdowns of my frequently used ones :p (i yap more in the "read more" about nuances and stuff.)

Other miscellaneous things I've done under the cut:

Use glint to take close-ups of outfit fabric textures to use as backgrounds/borders/filler elements in journal pages

Zooming in on "stuff" includes snapshots, photos, in-game screenshots, meow badges, plushies, companion pngs...

Screenshots (taken via the in-game screenshot camera button) can be used for photos in journals. Useful for getting photos in memory cards or event stories etc.

Take screenshot of a memory card while there is no character/LI on screen and only text. This will screenshot without the UI elements and get a clear photo of the background, which can then be used in journal border items.

For any outfit you don't own, you can take screenshots of the event story while the LI is wearing the limited outfit. These can be used in journals later too.

Don't like the page color? Cover it in tape, stickers, color over it entirely!

Layering the same text with different colors and offset by a few pixels works for STAMPS too.

Gamble in chocolate shop for more stickers. You never know which stickers might have a tiny corner of detail to use for custom layered elements!

Xavier — A Summer Photoshoot ☀️💜

Getting back into the glint photobooth after neglecting it for months…. I forgot how fun it is! Also (very lightly) dipping my toes into editing again. (Can you tell I was listening to music while doing these lolol)

This hair on Xavier might be the greatest thing Infold has ever done… I just cannot stop putting it on him, he’s stunning. Can’t wait to see the other boys with long hair (I’m especially excited for Sylus… can you imagine??)

They’re so cute. I really like MC’s swimsuit for Xavier, I’d wear it!

I’m currently going through a very intense Xavier phase right now (have been for the past months tbh but I’m in denial still, maining 3 LIs is not for the faint of heart.) This mini photoshoot was meant to get him out of my system (I’ve now fallen even more head over heels, mission failed successfully.)

Wish we got Illusio after his myth dropped so I could play through his cards with this new hair… Glint will have to do for now.
