          With shaking fingers, they pulled back the sleeves hanging           just past their wrists, glancing at the counter that adorned           the skin now showing. This would be a loooooong six hours.          Walking carefully, they shifted on their feet, trying to calm          the loud beating resounding into their ears. This was a tough          thing to be able to predict. it left so many questions, so many          stresses on both their heart and their mind. "... Hah...."

          Every step they took, sleeve was pulled back, taking a glance          towards the counter. It was getting worse, and they noticed as          other nearby people checked their wrists, wondering if they were          having the same thoughts and stresses as Sam. Probably not. This          was a usual thing to see. People let their entire lives be controlled          by the counters.

          Taking one last look at the thing on their wrist, they turned on their          heel, trying to figure out what way to head, what way to find the person          who was their soul mate. As if they were a bad anime protagonist,          the sidewalk caused them to trip, falling right into someone. Too          bad they couldn't see their counter, otherwise they would have noticed           the numbers flashing a red 00:00:00. Standing and brushing themselves          off, they dropped into an embarrassed bow.

          "I-I'm sorry-- that was an accident! I didn't mean---"

It took about fifteen minutes, but she had finally reappeared, though not very normally. Hanging off of a tree, she jumped down from behind him and stared at what he was working on. “What’s that?” she asked, as she started to pick up her dropped off items.
