Looking around the place, he examines several attributes.  Wooden flooring, low ceiling, echoey…

“Is this a basement?”

      ‘ I’m  NOT   easy  to   scare, so  you       don’t need to WORRY about that. ‘

               She’d  seen her fair share  of  SCARY  SHIT herself,                she’d  say she was  pretty  numb to the stereotypical                types of scares. It would have to be something pretty                BIG  to  truly scare  her. At his words she too, begins                to look  around the area - sure enough it seems to be                a basement.

“You know, you really don’t talk much do you? Kind of weird if you ask me. However, I guess I don’t mind the quiet.”

Though, it was weird to him, he was used to Em or Cinder just talking about…Well whatever, yet, when he had to be with Neo for a mission or anything. It always felt like the conversation was one-sided…So it was something that he had to get used to that’s for sure.

       Brows  would perk at the others words - they were....        unexpected. Was it a BAD thing that she was quiet ?        She didn’t think so at least. 

                           ‘ You act like that’s a BAD thing. ‘ 

               A short pause, a few small steps would be taken                in  his  direction, she’d  give a small wave of the                hand. 

                      ‘ I just  don’t  have  that  much  to say,                       that’s all. I don’t think it’s that weird. ‘

{♔}   “Out of all the witches and demons I’ve ever encountered you take the cake for the strangest get-up… Excluding Gaap…” He muttered that last statement to himself, the gap demon always seemed to show up out of no where if he were to mention anything about her. To avoid her randomly appearing through one of her blackholes Battler stopped himself from saying her name aloud. 

“You aren’t a witch though are you…?” Battler tilted his head slightly with his inquiry. 

“But, you also can’t be just an ordinary human, right~?” He was only curious. It wasn’t often he met people outside of Golden Land, so he wanted to know more about anyone he encounters.   {♔}

         Head would tilt slightly  at the  others... choice words. Even          SHE  felt  a  little  offended  at  being  called a  WITCH - but          even so, she couldn’t help but let out a small chuckle at his          words. They  were  quite A MUSING, hand  would  move to          cover her lips as she took a step towards him, shaking  her          head at his question. 

                                                      ‘ NO, I’m not a witch. ‘ 

                  She’d  answer simply, taking a short pause as she                   contemplates her response to his next words. She                   has  no reason to lie - but telling the truth may end                   up worse for her in the long run, she decides to lie.

        ‘ I’m just an ordinary human, SORRY to disappoint. ‘

A gentle shrug of the shoulders as he’s asked where they are. “Honestly…? I’ve got no clue. I’m…uh, not very good with directions. Or finding the proper places to be. At all. I’m just as confused as you are.”

         A small nod of the head would be given at the          others  response - so  he had  no  idea either.

             ‘ IF that’s  the  case - do  you  want  to  stick              together until we find out where  we are ? ‘

                    She was  a stranger and was PREPARED to                     get her idea shut down, but she figured she’d                     at least THROW the offer out there.

“Now now, no need to get so angry you know? Just some harmless jokes, unless you’re into that thing then I can amp them up.” The playful smirk stayed on the butcher’s face. Almost as if it was his natural resting face. With that, he gave a small shrug to her question.

“Cinder needed him. However seeing that his out, do you take messages?  Written or spoken? Do I have to take you out to dinner first to make sure it’s left correctly?” Really, he just wanted to take as long as he could before he had to go back to Cinder.

                  ‘ WHO’S to say I’m getting angry ? ‘

       A HAND is placed in front of her lips - as if to keep       herself  from  letting  out  a laugh. Annoyed ? Most       certainly. But  not  angry. If  he  thought  THIS  was       anger - he had another thing coming.

                   But THAT wasn’t important at the moment.

             ‘ Spoken OR written work, I can get either              back   to  him.  But  I  wouldn’t  say  no  to              DINNER if you’re offering. ‘

      Now  SHE  was the  one joking  around. However if he       DID    mean   it,  she   wouldn’t  complain  considering       Roman  WAS out for the time being - and she doubted       that  he’d mind too  much if she left. However she was       sure  that  Mercury’s  words  were  just  meant to joke.

LIPS would purse at his words, brows  raising  unamused. A oh, that  was  definitely  something  she  hadn’t  heard before. Foot tapping against the ground ever so slightly - she wanted to kick him, but she had to be CIVIL.

                                       ‘ That’s really original. ‘

              She’d quip, arms crossing as a small huff escaped her lips.               Obvious feelings of annoyance  coming over her. She’s not               going  to  bother  gracing  his attempts at teasing her with a               response.

#5; My muse coming to yours after they’ve been critically injured

DESPERATION would  be the look  on her features as she watched him take the BLOW - right into the chest, the sound of a cracking rib seeming to ECHO through the area - and she almost couldn’t believe it.

What made it WORSE was the he jumped in front of her, so fast she didn’t even have time to REACT one moment she was preparing for the impact - the next, she was pushed away. She didn’t deserve it. WHY - why did he do it ? 

Had it not been for his CRITICAL condition - she would have tried  to fight back, it  may not be  apparent on her features, but  she   was ANGRY. However,  there  were more IMPORTANT things  for her to worry about  more specifically, Roman. 

Now, Neo knew  next to nothing  on first aid, she  didn’t know how to FIX A RIB, she didn’t know where to start. First of all, she’d need to carry him - there was NO way he could walk  himself. But would she  even be able to LIFT him ? That  would doubtful - she’d  have to be out of her mind to think she could do such a thing. 

BUT somehow, she did. Did she feel out of breath ? Yes. Did  she feel  like  she could collapse ? Most  definitely. But  she REFUSED to let  that happen, she  had to take care of him - she had to do something. She couldn’t just SIT there twiddling her thumbs like an idiot. 

What could she do ? The smell of blood was emitting from his  shirt - his  attire was  DRENCHED in  it, too. She was used  to blood - but  seeing  it on someone  such  as  him, made her SICK. He seemed to be unconscious - he.. he’d wake up, right ? 

REGARDLESS, she had to do what she could. The blood soaked attire - HAD to go, she’d tear it easily. Eyes would lock on the wound, how  would she even BEGIN. She had no  BANDAGES, she  had  nothing  to  fix  a  wound  with. Could she even do anything ?

A temporary fix - at the most, was  all that she’d be able to do. she’d   remove  her  coat, she  had  it  tightly  wrapped around his stomach area - that would…. keep it containedfor now, right ?

MOMENTS later, she’d see his eyes open - an immediate feeling of relief overcoming her. She thought he was going to DIE. Eyes would seem to LIGHT up for mere moments, deep  sigh  escaping her  lips as she stared at him. He…. was alright, for now at least.
