Most recent makeup look I did on my little sis. I drew inspiration from the Autumn Season. It's my favorite season and I can't wait for the weather to start getting cooler. You can check out what products I used on my Instagram:@narribeauty

Thought I'd share this article today since a lot of us are returning to classes; the season for relationships is getting closer. Modern dating has got to start changing. It's tiring and annoying. We all deserve better. Dating should be a happy experience. Not something you have to stay up all night worrying about.

New ABH Foundation
Have you guys heard?! Anastasia Beverly Hills is launching a stick foundation on Thursday! I'm so excited and definitely going to get my hands on it. I just recently started stick foundations and I think they have great coverage, my face just gets a little oily throughout the day so I have to powder my face sometimes. I've been using the mineral stick foundation by NYX but def going to give ABH a try. Anyone else thinking about trying it?

Most recent shoot I did hair and makeup for. Tried something totally different. This is Alexa Ocean Ray, the coolest girl I’ve met in a while. For this shoot I did a couple statement pieces.
1 - Faux Bleached Brow I used Maybelline’s Fit Me Concealer in Medium 25 with an Anastasia Beverly Hills brow spool brush. The key for achieving these Kim K bleached brows is keeping a light pressure when brushing the concealer through the brows and setting them with some clear translucent powder. I used NYX HD Finishing Powder in translucent for this shoot. 2 - Glossy Peachy Lids Alexa has some beautiful hooded eye lids so the gloss wasn’t staying in place well, but she still looked amazing in them. Gloss is a little hard to work with, even if you don’t have hooded eyes. It was a little messy and sticky but it has a really eye catching look. I used “Burnt Orange” from the Modern Renaissance palette by Anastasia Beverly Hills and a clear lip gloss I found at Sally’s. I think it smelled like strawberries. 3 - White Lashes I really wanted her blue eyes to pop so I used an eyelash primer to give her these icy lashes. I’ve been obsessed with colored mascara lately. I use the blue and purple one by Sephora when I’m feeling rebellious but I’d never done white and recently I bought the L'Oreal Paris Voluminous Superstar Mascara because I wanted to see what difference a primer before mascara would make and ohmygosh, primer before mascara does wonders! My curled lashes last a lot longer and my lashes look longer too. But here I just used the primer.
Hope you guys like this unique look. Let me know what you think.

Models: Ebanie Griffith and Tony Redmer
This photo shoot was centered around masculinity in fashion.  Both models are dressed the same although one is female. The make up features a black smokey eye on both models along with a sharp contour.
I wanted both models to have similar makeup however once we started the shoot, the team and I decided to change the look midway through to show off some metallics. I decided to also change the hair to make this more fun. Ebanie is seen with a big, faux fro-hawk and Tony’s slick formal hair was changed to a cool, effortless hairstyle. The silver and gold metallics were added to get some Futura flowing. What do you guys think of Ebanie’s metallic faux shadow? Love this quote. Perfect example of what I feel a lot of people are waiting for and shouldn't be. For the ladies: As little girls we're taught we need to wait for our Prince Charming but honestly, that seldom happens these days. So go out and find someone who needs you. You'll be surprised how happy you'll be when you know you're what this person needed. When I first met Julian, my boyfriend, something inside me said you need to make this person happy. So I invited him places every chance I got and he was always down. He says I'm the only person who makes him "feel"(he tends to be nonchalant and unenthusiastic about everything.) It's been 17 months. For the guys: Don't give up. Girls don't know what's right for them sometimes. Be patient and give them time. If they don't come around, honestly, don't waste your time on someone so blind.

I am grateful for having the opportunity to meet and work with such creative people. I remember receiving my copy of the magazine and thinking, "We created this?!" I'm so proud of what we created. Can't wait for FALL+WINTER 2016 issue! Stay tuned!

Really loving Ari’s new look (need that double pearl choker!). These photos from her Whitney Houston Tribute last night really show how much she has matured. What do you guys think? Anyone jumping on the Ariana fan wagon?

Amazing models, Rachel Real (left) and Ebanie Griffith (right) in the SPRING + SUMMER 2016 issue of SPARK Magazine.
SPARK is a student-run fashion publication at The University of Texas at Austin.
The assignment for this shoot was centered around the rising popularity of the color nude. Since the models clothing were nude tones, I decided to do a dramatic blue and yellow eye shadow for Rachel along with nude lip. Ebanie is rockin’ a black to nude ombre lip. In the second photo, Rachel is seen with a dramatic, brown wing to show that neutrals can also work with nude.
The central theme for this seasons issue was Futura, a metallic and future inspired theme. The sleek, high pony tail seen on Rachel along with Ebanie’s half, poofed out pony, conveyed some of the futuristic feelings that were essential to this shoot. The gold accents on Rachel’s hair is a metallic paint; also seen on Ebanie’s upper brow for some glow.
