the only things you're wrong about is that it's not 'a' fic and that @silkwurm and i are writing it together (w huge credit to @wambsgangs for the italy-shaped seed that's the foundation of both fics, albeit in different ways)

the one that's fully plotted out is uhhh. lengthy! but it spans decades, so that's to be expected i guess. it's very much a stewy (and stewy-and-kendall) deepdive also.

the other is not entirely plotted out yet but features a bonus relationship between shiv and someone we don't even know the NAME of in canon. tomgreg, also.
