I've always suffered from - let's call them "sudden surprises". Growing up they were more complete, I got better dealing with them and owning up as I got older. It's why I got so badly bullied and why I was kept in shorts at home - they were simpler to wash and, more importantly, dry and if we were out somewhere, easier to change out of.
