What happens when you show up late to an aquarium for some art practice and you find the Aquarium’s secret treasure has come out of hiding?

Long stoRyan short, Marinette the mermaid was captured by some scientists who want to experiment on her and extort the fact that shes an actual flipping mermaid. So they keep her locked up in a tank at the aquarium and only let her swim around at night. Well, one night, artist Nathaniel shows up unbeknownst to the scientists, and finds her.
