Hello !!!

So, I came to Denmark 10 months ago, it has been the best experience ever. 

I didn't knew anything about Denmark... Seriously... ANYTHING. I was so afraid for the language and the culture, a lot of my friends told me that danish people are the coldest people ever, and I was so sad because normally Colombian people are so open and frendly and i was thinking that would be so sad just come to another country where no one wants to talk to you or even be kind or helpfull with you.

well... IT WAS AN STEREOTYPE!

Danish people are the coolest people ever, JEG ELSKER JER (I LOVE THEM) of course it was hard for me in the beginning make friends or even talk to the people because I couldn't speak danish at all and my english was so bad, but when I started to try to talk to them they were so helpfull and so kind with me. 

When I came to the school for first time I met my class, almost 17 girls and 3 boys. LOL. It was so funny for me, I was so excited. The first day of school WAS SO FUCKING CRAZY, I swear! I think that we were 1.200 people in the school and everyone was yelling "welcome" to the new people in first grade.

I couldn't understand what they were saying and it was so horrible for me because I really wanted to know what they were talking about. sorry to say this but... danish language sucks!

I know, I know... I shouldn't said that. But I want to be honest, is a really difficult language, or well... it was for me, sorry... IT IS FOR ME. My english was so bad and if I wanted to talk with someone I had to speak english so I started to practice my english and make it better, also because I need it for the university.

I was trying hard to learn danish but I gave up, so sad :( but after 4 or 5 months I remember that my host mom (btw, the most beautiful danish mom) was talking with someone (I think that it was with my host dad) and I understood everything, FUCK YA! it was so nice, and I was screaming and my mom was so happy... YOHOO!!! after that I start to take my danish lessons again, so I started to understand more and more but it was so difficult to pronounce some words, so... I gave up again.

Now I understand danish, so good by the way (ok, good enough) but I can't speak danish, is so hard... I swear.
