Important please read!

Tonight while I was holding my pet rat Marco, I noticed she had a lump under her arm. After I checked both arms, I found that she has a lump under both arms. After doing some research and calling my vet she told me they are benign (not attached to tissue) tumors that need to be removed or she will die. This procedure is about $150 per tumor and I do not have the money to afford this. The only other option would be to put her down, which I cannot afford either. I will not let the tumors grow and take over her body until she dies, that would be heartbreaking. So if anyone could please spare any money at all for this procedure I would be so so greatful. The procedure has to be done ASAP. Marco means the absolute world to me, she’s my stress reliever, my rock, and my best friend. If you can donate, even a little, please please do so. Even if you can’t donate, please reblog to spread the word. I can’t lose my baby.

“Our number one fan!” - (Jaemin x Reader)

Summary: Na Jaemin is the star of your high school’s soccer team and it just turns out that you - the girl he has been crushing on for months - are the team’s biggest fan.

A/N - I’ve been working on this for awhile now but didn’t expect to finish it tonight. Hope you enjoy and as always feedback is very appreciated. 😊

Jaemin arrived to practice late as always. His shoe laces untied and a careless smile splattered across his face. The fairly big soccer field was already filled with boys warming up, stretching or dribbling a ball. He was just about to tie his shoelaces and start warming up when he noticed something that made him pause.

She was there again - as always - sitting on the empty bleachers by herself, watching the practice while listening to music or doing homework with several textbooks around her. Jaemin had never talked to her, although he knew she went to his school because he had seen her around the halls several times, but after seeing her at every single one of his soccer games and almost every time he had a practice Jaemin couldn’t help but notice how extraordinarily pretty she is. At first, he was worried that the girl was one of his teammates’ girlfriend since she was always there, her cheering always louder than anyone else’s. But after asking around he learned that most people on his team didn’t know the girl either, and the only one who did was Lee Jeno - her best friend.

Jeno wasn't the most naturally talented player on the team - he got injured very easily and he often benched during important matches - but for what he lacked in talent he compensated in hard work. It was very often that Jeno would stay after everyone else had already finished practicing, and get some extra practice.

And during all this time, the girl would always be there - sitting on the bleachers, supporting her friend. It didn’t matter if it was freezing cold or scorching hot. And maybe that’s what made Jaemin start crushing even harder on her - not just because of her looks, but also because of just how great of a person she was. He would often find himself looking for her familiar face through the crowds of people that would show up to their games, or smiling to himself whenever he saw her standing in front of the locker rooms, waiting for Jeno, a wave of happiness going over him every time he saw her.

It was like that until last week when after their soccer game. Jaemin had just walked out of the locker rooms and as always she was out there, waiting patiently for her friend. But this time instead of the usual happy feeling that he got from seeing her, the reality hit him and he felt jealous and kind of angry at himself. He wanted to be the one who she waited for, the one who she cheered for whenever they scored a goal. And the more he thought about it, the more ridiculous his thoughts and feelings seemed - Jaemin had never talked to the girl, he didn’t even know her name and she most likely didn’t even know he existed.

Jaemin struggled with those thoughts for the rest of the week. Whenever he saw her walking down a hallway to class, he would always fall deep into his thoughts again. It didn’t take his friends long to realize that something was bothering him, but he refused to tell any of them. The only person who somehow realized what was happening was his best friend Haechan. The boy tended to act stupid from time to time, but he definitely wasn’t. That day after school Haechan took Jaemin to the soccer field for a quick game in hopes of distracting his friend from the strange girl who seemed to have stolen his heart.

“Look,” Haechan finally broke the silence with a sigh, “I’m tired of you acting like that. Just talk to her! You’re the best player on your team and from what I know she has been attending every game since the beginning of this season. She has definitely noticed you at least once.”

Haechan’s words seemed to cause for Jaemin’s normally cheerful personality to return and when he got home that night he came up with a plan. On his next practice, he would make sure that his crush noticed him and he would do it in the most impressive way possible!

Right now he was standing in the middle of the grassy soccer field, tying his shoes and getting ready for practice when suddenly he felt an arm wrap around his shoulder.

“Are you going to talk to her today?” Haechan asked with a smile.

“Yep!” Jaemin answered with a wide grin.

You were sitting on the bleachers watching the team practice, nervously adjusting your hair as you waited for it to end. There were several reasons you attended every single event that involved your school’s soccer team. First of all, you were always a fan of soccer. You were raised in a family where soccer was very important. But you never really enjoyed playing it. Also, your best friend Jeno was in the team and you wanted to support him as best as you can because you knew he needed it. The third reason was that you genuinely liked your school’s soccer team. All the games were fun to watch, the players were very nice and you even managed to make several new friends from the team.

But these days you’ve had a fourth reason to support the team. And that fourth reason was player number 11 - Na Jaemin. The boy was a natural when it came to soccer and he had one of the most beautiful smiles you’ve ever seen. You would be lying if you said you didn’t have a crush on Jaemin, because you definitely did. But so did almost every other girl in your school, so you didn’t really have a chance. He was just too good for you and you knew it. But you still couldn’t help but hope that maybe what Jeno said the other day was true. Your friend had mentioned several times that his teammate was asking about you. And you knew that maybe it meant nothing, but it wouldn’t hurt to have hope, right?

You turned your attention to the field as the boys started practice. You watched Jeno, trying his best as always, but still not doing good enough. Still, you gave him an encouraging smile and a thumbs up every time he looked your way hoping that he wouldn't get discouraged.

But while you were looking at your friend you didn’t notice Jaemin who was standing on the grass just several feet in front of where you were sitting on the bleachers, practicing by himself with a single soccer ball. The moment you looked at him though he tripped over his feet and fell face-first on the grass. You stood up instinctively, heading his way to help. But before you could get there Jaemin stood up, grunting in pain and blushed in embarrassment when he saw you walking towards him. He looked at you with a flustered expression and for a moment you thought the boy was going to say something but just when he opened his mouth the coach blew his whistle signaling that practice was over and the boys should go back to the locker rooms and he looked away sprinting towards the locker rooms.

“Seriously?” Haechan laughed while drying his sweaty hair with a towel. “She was sitting right in front of you and you just tripped and fell?!” 

Jaemin’s friend seemed to find the entire situation hilarious.

“I didn’t mean to!” Jaemin tried to defend himself. “I got distracted!” Haechan rolled his eyes at him.

“Yeah! By her! You’re a lost cause seriously.“ He chuckled again.

Jaemin looked at him with a concerned expression while he was putting on a shirt.

“What do you think she thinks of me now?” He sighed “I wanted to make a good first impression!” Haechan giggled at his friend’s struggle again.

“In my opinion now she thinks of you as “that one guy who tripped over his own feet because he probably has some sort of a problem”” He shrugged. “But that’s just my opinion.”

Jaemin sighed and looked towards the exit of the locker rooms nervously. He knew that you would be waiting outside for Jeno.

Haechan smiled as he looked at his friend’s worried expression and wrapped an arm around his shoulders. “If I were you I would just go up to her and try to introduce myself properly. Unless you want to her to think of you as “That weirdo who tripped over his own feet”

Jaemin chuckled softly and nodded. “Okay...I’ll talk to her…”

“Great!” His friend smiled. “You better hurry though, because she’s leaving once Jeno’s done.” Jaemin nodded and started walking towards the door before pausing and turning back to Haechan.

“Oh, can you please hold Jeno for a second so I can talk to her properly?” Haechan smiled and nodded, “Sure! I like Jeno. I’ll just talk to him for a few minutes….”

Jaemin gave him a wide smile and a double thumbs up before taking his backpack and walking out.

You had been attending the team’s practices ever since the beginning of September. The weather at that time of the day was usually perfect - not too cold and not too hot with a soft breeze that made it even nicer. But recently with winter approaching the weather had started to become colder and colder.

And in days like today - when your breath was actually visible because of how cold it was - you were standing in front of the locker rooms jumping up and down in hopes of warming yourself up. You kept thinking about Jaemin and how he fell earlier today. To be completely honest at first you were really worried about him but now you just wanted to laugh. The way he looked at you after he fell and the slight blush on his face was adorable. But you couldn’t help but wonder how he managed to trip over his own feet. You had watched him play for months and you had never seen him trip.

The boys were walking out one after another, the ones you were friends with giving you warm smiles or mumbling a cheerful “Bye!”, but Jeno was still nowhere to be seen and you wanted to go in and pull him out because you were freezing.

And just when you were about to open the door and yell for your friend to drag his butt outside you were leaving without him, Jaemin walked out, turning to you with a warm smile.

“Hey…”  He extended his hand out for you to shake. “I’m Jaemin.”

You smiled softly and shook his hand.

“Y/N. Nice to meet you. But I already know your name.” You chuckled. “I’ve seen you play many times.” Jaemin smiled back and nodded. “I know...I’ve seen you on almost every one of our games...I think you might be the team’s biggest fan!”

You giggled and nodded. “Yeah. I am. Also, I just really like soccer in general so…”

You looked up at him and smiled. “Oh, by the way, are you okay? You fell pretty badly earlier…”

“Oh…” Jaemin chuckled awkwardly and nodded. “Yeah. I’m fine. Just hurt my nose a bit, but nothing too bad.”

You chuckled, “Oh good! I was worried…”

He smiled widely at you and you smiled back. The two of you just looking at each other for a few seconds. Your silence was interrupted by Hachan and Jeno who had just walked out of the locker rooms. Haechan’s arm was wrapped around Jeno’s shoulders and both of them were laughing at who know’s what, chatting among themselves excitedly. They waved at their friends when they saw them but kept walking.

“We’ll just leave you two alone for a minute!” Haechan turned around, yelling. “You can catch up with us later…” Both of you nodded in response and turned to each other, chuckling awkwardly. “They seem to be getting along well…”

“Yeah…” You replied, stepping from one foot to the other awkwardly. “So did you have something to tell me?” You asked with a hopeful tone in your voice.

Jaemin smiled. “Yes, actually! I wanted to ask you if you maybe wanted to go out sometime…” He scratched his neck nervously and started rambling, speaking quickly. “I mean.. I know we just talked for the first time, and we can only go out as friends if you want and you don’t even have to go out with me but if you do that will be great but if you don’t that…”

You giggled and interrupted him. “I’ll be more than happy to go out with you!”

He grinned happily. “Great! How about tomorrow after practice?” You smiled and nodded. “Sounds good! Just make sure that you don’t hurt yourself during practice again. “ You chuckled.

Jaemin laughed and shook his head, smiling. “I won’t. I promise.”

You smiled back widely and kissed his cheek. “Good! I’ll see you after practice then?” He nodded. “Yep!”

“Okay great!” You grinned happily. “Now let’s go see what Haechan and Jeno are up to!”

Anon requested:  Hi how would nct 127 react if they were walking down the street with their girlfriend and someone bumped into her and started yelling at her even though it wasnt her fault? It happened to me today....

A/N: I’ve been kind of inactive these past few weeks because of school and all that! But I’m back now and I have a lot of things prepared!

Taeil: 

He would be very mad about it, but would still try not to show his anger after seeing your sad expression at the person’s words, because he wouldn’t want to make you feel even worse. So instead he would try to cheer you up and comfort you, putting his own feelings aside.

“Are you okay, baby? Are you hurt anywhere? No? good. That’s all that matters...”

Johnny: 

Johnny would just let the guy walk away after yelling at you like that. But he wouldn’t confront him in a way that’s going to start a fight or something. Instead, he’ll put on the most serious face he can manage and say something like:

“I know people, very dangerous people that can find you and do some very bad stuff to you...Now go apologize to my girl/guy or else...”

That way he would manage to make you laugh because you knew that what he was saying wasn’t true at all. But he would also manage to convince the person who bumped into you to apologize. 

Yuta:

Yuta would be very angry. Probably even angrier than you. You would try to convince him to just let it go, but he wouldn’t listen to you. Instead, he would walk over to the person and stop him. But then instead of confronting him about the situation physically. He would just start roasting the person about random things.

“Hey you! Why are your eyebrows so bushy hmm? Also, what’s with your hair? It looks like you haven’t washed it in centuries! And...”

Yuta would eventually run out of ideas, but would still manage to make the other person very uncomfortable and probably manage to make you laugh too.

Taeyong:

Taeyong would give the person an angry glare and cuss him out under his breath, before turning to you quickly, worried that the person had pushed you too hard and you were hurt somewhere. If you weren’t he would just give the person who was walking away another death glare, but remain silent and continue walking with you.

Jaehyun:

Jaehyun would be kind of confused at first when he sees the person yelling at you because he didn’t see him bump into you. Once he understands why he was yelling at you though, he would just kindly ask him to shut up and walk away not wanting to start any fights and confrontations. But after the person had walked away he would turn to you worried and ask:

“Was that good enough? Should’ve I tried to be more intimidating? I just really don’t like confrontation...”

Doyoung:

Doyoung would pause, staring angrily at the person angrily at first. Before a look of pure disgust would show up on his face. He would be absolutely disgusted by the person’s lack of manners and basic human decency. Doyoung would stop him right there and give him an entire lecture about how he should respect people and how he should be more kind.

“Haven’t your mother ever told you that acting like this is not right? They haven't done anything to you and you just start yelling at them! I am disgusted! Actually disgusted by your manners and the way you treat other people!”

He wouldn’t stop until you pull him away and tell him it’s fine and he can just let it go now.

Winwin: 

He would observe quietly at first as the person was yelling at you, anger slowly building inside of him. But after he finally decides that he can’t take that person yelling at you anymore, Sicheng would start yelling back at the person, trying to make them shut up. And most likely scaring you a little, because you’ve never seen him so angry before. After the person had walked away Winwin would apologize to you a billion times for his behavior, and explain to you how he didn’t want to act like that but he just lost control.

Mark:

Mark would be the type of person who's not very mature in front of people that he’s close to. But would try to look as mature as possible in front of strangers, when he wants to be taken seriously. So even though he felt like initiating a fight at first, he wouldn’t do it, because he would want to come across as more serious and mature than the person who was yelling at you. And instead of yelling he would calmly but sternly tell them to apologize.

Haechan: 

Haechan would be the type to get so angry with the person’s behavior that he wouldn’t be able to form a proper sentence and by the time he does manage to the person would’ve already walked away, leaving Haechan to angry mutter to himself all kinds of things about the person’s horrible personality.
