My Internship Experience with IFortis Corporate, India.
To begin, IFortis Corporate has risen to become one of India’s leading Corporate. IFortis began as a provider of IT services and marketing services. As time passed, IFortis’ reliance on technology began to limit its capacity to ensure competitive pricing and develop innovative services. IFortis also noticed the industry-wide absence of communication. As a result, a strategic decision was made to establish its own headquarters in India to better serve IFortis’ clients’ demands.
IFortis Corporate believes that ethical management is not only a tool for responding to rapid changes in the global business environment, but also a means of developing trust with its numerous stakeholders, which include consumers, workers, business partners, and local communities. IFortis Corporate continues to train its personnel and operate monitoring systems to become one of the world’s leading companies, all while adopting fair and transparent corporate management.
IFortis Corporate’s divisions are classified as Live, Digital, IT Services, and Consultancy.
I was selected to represent IFortis Corporate as a Corporate Ambassador, and I thank the core team for this opportunity. A month of intense learning and exposure has transformed me into a better version of myself. Starting with business growth and on through communication and time management, I have experienced it all. A special mention to Ms. Ameera Hasan for her support throughout this internship.
IFortis Corporate was socially involved in promoting sustainability which had a list goals in hands. They worked on numerous projects. Some of them are:
#Not A School
Not a School initiative by IFortis Corporate is an alternative educational program co-created with and for school children aged 10 to 18 from throughout the world. The free program seeks to inspire our next generation of innovators and equip them with future-proof skills by addressing social issues that are important to them with some of the world’s most inspiring professionals.
#Entrepreneurship 360
IFortis’ Entrepreneurship 360 is a global effort for ambitious career-driven women all over the world who are eager to recognize, hone, and extend their entrepreneurial potential. “The objective of this program is to alleviate global problems ranging from hunger to health by assisting women in learning how to start and expand businesses, as well as compete successfully in global marketplaces, through quality training, counselling, and resource access.” This unique program drew over 4,900 ladies from all over the world.
#Solution For Tomorrow
IFortis Corporate has created ‘Solution for Tomorrow,’ an exclusive program that gives all the 16-26-year-olds around the world the opportunity to alter the world with their ideas. The program combines compassion, education, and technology to assist young people in nurturing and developing solutions to their local community’s most important challenges in one of four categories: diversity and inclusion, education, social isolation, and sustainability.
#Youth Should Lead
The Youth Should Lead is a Youth Leadership initiative, which was started in 2020, investigates how no single person possesses the complete set of leadership qualities. It allows young people to recognize and reflect on their natural leadership style, attitude, and habits. Then, with the assistance of world-class corporate trainers, kids will agree on areas for development where your leadership demonstrates potential or is vulnerable. The youth will learn that to be a complete leader, they must be aware of their own limitations as well as draw on the diversity of their team.
#More Power To Women
The exclusive program by IFortis Corporate is aimed at highlighting women empowerment. It demonstrates how IFortis Corporate cares for the dreams of women across India. IFortis Corporate has enlisted business owners from across the world to share their own journeys of failure and success at this event, with the goal of educating and empowering more than 20,000 women in India to pursue their entrepreneurial goals by the end of the year.
#Go Green
We at IFortis Corporate are devoted to lowering our environmental impact as well as the environmental footprint of our events. We have signed an international commitment (IAPCO Plastics Pledge) to reduce our company's footprint as well as the footprint of our clients' events through sustainable design and carbon offsetting. We collaborate with partners and suppliers who have active sustainability practices, and we actively promote environmental discourse and awareness throughout our industry.
#We Are Fit
Our employees are the heart and soul of IFortis Corporate, and their happiness and well-being are crucial to our company's success. As a result, we have policies in place to help employees on a personal level, such as flexible working arrangements and mental health support, and we are constantly striving to improve in these areas. People development is one of our top objectives, and we invest extensively in it each year – for example, more than 1,000 hours (about 1 and a half months) of external training in 2020 – and we strongly believe in both internal promotion and worker retention.
#Social Accountability
We are committed to hiring people from various cultures and backgrounds at IFortis Corporate, and we want to diversify our company across all indications, including gender, age, sexuality, ability, and religion. This is demonstrated by our staff's ability to communicate in a variety of languages, which totals more than 30. Currently, IFortis Corporate is working on a project called ‘Step Ahed,’ which is India’s first and largest virtual fest for school-aged children. It includes a variety of events such as art competition, photography contest, slam poetry contest, dance competition, and many others. These activities will not only recognize and honor children with exceptional talent, but will also motivate and encourage participation.
IFortis Corporate is entering the Apparel Manufacturing Industry (Textile & Manufacturing Industry) with the ambitious goal of creating more employment opportunities for women and youth across India, and assisting them in becoming self-sufficient through an obsessive focus on quality, worker safety and welfare, social responsibility, and customer satisfaction.
