Today we discuss about psychological health. I have learned that we should always take care not just our physical health but also our mental health. Mental health can also affect our physical health because when we are not mentally stable there might be an tendency that we lose our appetite, and leads us to eating disorders and we tend to forget to take care of ourselves. We should always consider to take care of our mental health, having a healthy mind can help us to cope with our stress properly and not to overthink. When you are mentally healthy it is easy for you to recover from your problems properly. Since problems and challenges are the main reason why we are so stress. You know challenges are always there, they will come without any notice but as a person you should be ready to face it. Being vulnerable doesn’t help. If you can’t handle it then you should ask for help, asking help is not a bad thing none of us is a superhuman we all need help. We also get tired and we need someone who will be our listening ears. To stay mentally healthy, just do what makes you happy, and always pray.

Today is Saturday, we didn't have a class but our teacher left us a task which is this, to post a blog on what we have learn in the lesson that our teacher want us to read. That is lesson 6, which intitled"Developing Effient Learning". The lesson starts with a quote that" The brain is considered to be the master organ of the body, the regulate of life, the source of human progress." Its states their that our brain is the who have a control about our emotions, the brain is one who have the power to change and learn. It has a big role to human progress. It is a considered as most powerful part of the body. This lesson contains what are the parts of the brain and how does it work. Next, I learn on hkw the left and right side of the brain works. And it ends with a left brain mapping.
What I havw learn in this lesson on how does brain works. It is important to know that because it help us to understand more

It's friday, the end of weekdays. Everybody loves friday because tomorrow is a another rest day. Which we can unwind, and be with our loved once. But my happiness is not about today is friday, it is because what are the lesson that I have received this day. One word that marks on my mind is the word "Expectation". We heard a lot of things like that. When we heard that it seems so sad, because the expectations we expect is kinda sad. We think of it as a negative word. If we cannot met the expectation of someone leads us to feel failure and dissapointment to ourselves as well us the people expected too much from us. Aside from the negativities that we have portrayed to that word, in todays lesson open my eyes that expectations is not bad at all. It is actually a good for you. Expectations could help us to strive more and use this as a motivation to prove to them that you can do and be better. Failure is normal, stand up and face it. "You can't allow bad experiences to have power over your life. Take control of your happiness." Take it as a happiness because of that experiences, we will grow more as a person. We should live our life, a life that is stress free. Take life calmly and positively in order for us to be happy.

Today, I learned something new. It is also topic that tackles about adolescence. The challenges during adolescent stage. Specifically “Dealing with the challenges of adolescents stage”. Everyone of deals with problems and challenges even if we like it or not. Those thing is inevitable, all you have to do is to prepare and be ready to face it. But dealing those challenges we cannot deny the fact that sometimes we lose our hopes. Facing our downfall might bring us to something bad to happened. We get to lose our control, it is also a distractions to that doesn’t allow us to keep on moving, moving forward in life. We should not to stay in the ground, we should step up and rise again. Challenges might be hard to face but we should never forget, that we learn from it. That lesson will help us to grow more as a person. We should enjoy and never let challenges drag us down.

Its really late to post this right now but I really forget to do this. I’m sorry maam. But Yesterday I learn and know about adolescences and what are the development that we get as a person when we reach to that time. This is really interesting topic because at our age right now. We are stepping to the world of adolescents. More stress, more pressure, but despite all of that we get to understand what are the right things to do as a person and a lot of changes mentally and physically . This is really important topic because during adolescent stage you are more sensitive, a lot of insecurities like me. But I fully accept who I am as a person. That’s is also a sign of being an adult, you are matured enough to handle things that is inevitable to happened. That’s all I learned from yesterday’s lesson☺️

It is Tuesday, our second day in this semester. It is still unusual because I’m still not used it. But so far I am enjoying it and at the same time learned from it. Even if I cannot understand it very well because of the internet connection again. Still there are some part that is understandable. We discuss about the relationship among physiological, cognitive, physchological, spiritual and social development. We also discuss the relation between thoughts and feelings. I also learn that this Five areas of personal development really matters and connected. Like Physiological, we should practice eating healthy and live an active lifestyle. For me, in order to develop yourself, you should also consider to develop the way we live.

Daily blog #1
This day is really a tough day because our internet connection is so slow. It really test my patience, isn‘t it a good start of second semester right?😂 By the way, this day is kinda challenging but worth it because we are given a chance to learn and to know more about ourselves. If someone ask you, ”Who you are?, What kind of person you are?.” It is really hard to answer because some of us didn‘t know ourselve. Knowing one’s self is important. To be more cautious on the way we act to other people. People judge us directly and we don’t even know why, because we don’t know why we act like that. That was the goal of our first topic because knowing one’s self and discoverning who you are and what personalities do you have can help us to improve our self esteem and to be more confident on the way we act towards other. If someone observed that you have a this kind of attitude, try to ask yourself if it is wrong or right. Reflecting is also an effective way to know yourself more. That’s all for today and hoping that I am going to learn more about my personal development.
