It didn’t come on the works taken from my na6. Real r package lip hardtop kjg works rear view mirror. Brakes need some fresh fluid and new rad hoses I can tell the lower one is old. Happy to be back in a miata for now.

Intro to my new DAP hatch! So I traded my crv away for this hatch back! The motor needs no work and has upgraded mounts but those make for a shakey ride so they may be swapped out eventually. I will be the 3rd owner so that's a good sign! Most of the modifications were done correctly and cleanly. Looking to change the wheels and a few other things down the line. The fake ce28 and poon wing are up for sale. Got a good wash in but still needs a detail. The head lights are jdm sir but have been sprayed yellow. That will be cleaned and the led bulbs they came with swapped out for h4. They do provide good light over the h4 but they malfunction on high beams! Fixed all the turn signals and one side marker was hiding a broken light socket. A standard problem on the ek is that the review mirror sucks. It never stays in place and with a brodway it has no chance. Quick trip to the yard for one from a integra and problem solved! More to come and more updates to the blog

Yoitz Johns new miata project! I remember seeing this car at some of the miata meets back in 2012 ish’. Apparently shortly after that the PO put it away and the car sat until being sold to another friend a few weeks ago. John is always buying selling and trading cars. With the idea of a affordable rwd canyon car , Miata Is All ways The Answer lol. After a quick wash and tune up the ssr reverse and formula mess set up was sold. Johns track wheel set up from his well know eg build was put on to the miata and it looks amazing. Honestly as much as the te37 is over used and “been done” I will never get tired of the classic racing wheel. Don’t be fooled by the dash, this 1.8 has been retro fitted with the 1.6 dash to eleimate the airbag and provide a cleaner look. An authentic cusco cage is a rare sight and completes signal auto shift knob Even tho the anodizing is faded from use and the sun. A custom seat bracket was made to mount a recaro bucket seat. I know John plans more for this car but all good things take time. I hope he keeps it for a little bit , seeing his definitely inspires me to keep working on my blown up 1.6

My little crv has been a amazing daily! Perfect weekend car to head up to the high Desert for the large airsoft game put on by a close friend. This little crv has seen hell and doesn’t skip a beat. After being stolen and having myself fully repair all the damages done to the suspension, exhaust system and interior I am confidant in this being a reliable daily. It may be a lame mom car and only the 2wd auto but it’s putting in work as the miata is down. practical for hobbys, getting to work and picking up product for the shop, busting missions to get miata parts. and the mpg with the cargo space can’t be beat. Lots of cool little details about the crv make it feel like you need a adventure and chilling at the beach in your life asap. A more detailed look when life isn’t so crazy and the crv isn’t so dirty and hopefully on fresh rubber!

Just polish the shit out of it and slap it in! - Alex Well I was motivated to install my arc intake after a few months of letting it sit around. It needed alot of cleaning and a the original couplers had turned black. The previous owner mush have had a coolant issue as the intake was covered in the hard water stains coolant leaves behind. Polish on buff off for about 2 hours of my life , hands covered in black residue of the polish but I didn't care every min it got better! It was very high stakes polishing around the sticker as they are discontinued and finding an nos one is sure to be costly. Normally this part is drop to a stock 1.6 but with my 3 row aluminium radiator I needed a half an inch to clear the OEM fan. My idea of going to slim fans was plan A then I decided to see if modifying the OEM fan would give me the clearance. I was able to slim down one of the 4 fan motor support arms to clear the intake by about a quarter inch! The silicon couplers were soaked in simple green and scrubbed with a soft nylon brush to restore the green color arc products are known for! Linked up with my racing beat intake with a no problem! Slight change in intake noise at high rmps but that might be my imagination making my mind feel like this was a good investment of time and money lol

Whipped Alex's new gts ae86 hatch to get water and gas. A hot day in the shop and nothing cold in the fridge was not going well. Lol

In the back @ the nemos garage meet! Nemos is a specialty Honda store but so many cool non Honda cars came out! This rx7 had a killer style on some 15" advans! dressed in a well fit body kit with big fog lights and diy intake tucked in the grill this car captured the late 80s style I think he was going for. Alex's newly obtained ae86 gts on 14" wats tailed me on the way to the show. He plans to keep this close to stock ( lies) , a few things were modified by the po but overall it's all there. Full interior original seats compliment the slightly less red paint and OEM large gts door decals to really complete this time capsule! I was so lucky to enter the raffel sponsored by willwood breaks and win the grand prize! One front set of 4 pot bbk , with pads and fresh mounting boltz for ......a honda. This made me miss my ek like no other car. The front breaks on that car sucked and here I am six months later with free parts to fix one of the last problems! Kicking my self for not keeping it! So off they went to a friend for an amazing price , really wanted to see them installed and Kyle plans to run them on his imported JDM zc crx! First long post !/ Tldr : nemos garage , won raffle
