Prahalad kept chanting a name of  Lord Naaryana all this while, came out unharmed God blessed him his true and extreme devotion. Celebration of Festival :  The tradition of bruning Holika from each part of India a word Holi is derived from the word Holika even now people enact the scenf of  brning of 'Holika' to ashes every year mark victory of goog over evil  Holika are used to burn in the huge bonfires people render their gratitude to Agni devta who is God of fire by offering gram and stalkes from the harvest with humanity.
