Glad you like the concept :3 How long... until I post the first chapter? I don't want to give a definite day. I have it mostly written, but I keep changing and adding some stuff (we now have °˖✧interludes✧˖°) :)) Most likely in July. How long... will the story be? Just one book, somewhere around 20 chapters, I don't really want to go over 25. I think I would rather compress some things than try to add filler to reach some goal, but at the same time I wanna leave it open if I have some crazy chapter ideas. But overall, I think it will be generally shorter than most IFs we see out there, just one book and done. As for in-story time, Chapter 1 is an entire year spent in the Forest Court, Chapter 2 is basically a decade-ish made in "snippets", things MC remembers through the haze, and then things slow down and it's maybe 1-2 years until the end.

I almost spilled my coffee reading this :)) Reminded me of those reels on insta about the MASSIVE male appendage descriptions in romantasy :))) I have to go to my notes and sort some thing out, but Az, Sol and Orin do have wings and well... the others have other means of flying. The short answer is... is reverse harem poly?

I was actually thinking about this a few days ago. Initially there was just one route for each RO, this is after all, at its core, a fated soulmates story.

This is also probably my only chance to write an unhinged reversed harem :3 But this is still not exactly poly, right? They would all just want MC and MC alone and be more or less accepting of the others.

I am thinking of doing just one route where MC gets all... except Sol maybe. It might work in a way where he would always get with MC first and then leave... but I just... can't see him being into sharing at this level. But at the same time... it would fit a bit with *spoilers* a certain something MC can do...

I'll probably do a poll later on to see if ppl would prefer a specific combo of guys, or just collect them all like pokemon :> Either way, Sol will never participate in the group ✨️activities✨️ because possessive but also because his freaking son would be there :))

But the more I think about it, the better it takes shape in my mind. It would have 2 routes where MC either intentionally seduces them all and has them wrapped around her fingers... or they are just all caught and pulled in like gravity to a blissfully unaware MC. Why choose just one vs I can't reject any of them :3

Oh this is hard, cause I kinda wanna balance it, y’know… This is more of… how fast it progresses. MC can sleep with Kael in the first chapter, but then there’s a pause for a while so I placed him in the second half. Wits and Orin are the only ones free to pursue MC with no external complications like duty, law, honor, wife, soulmate :D Wits > Orin > Azrien > Kael > Rev > Sol

Who is most to least jealous ?

Orin > Kael > Azrien > Wits > Rhevan > Sol A bit of jealousy mixed with abandonment issues for Orin & Kael, some feelings of unworthiness for Az and Wits. Rev is just golden retriever energy and Sol… knows his worth knows that MC is his whether they like it or not.

So most to least, but this is just the potential for it, cause it will depend a bit on MC’s choices. Sol > Orin > Wits  > Azrien > Kael > Rhevan But again, depending on your playthrough, you might get a very wholesome Orin and an unhinged, jealous Kael.

will the MC remain human?

No. Or actually... no, no, it would take forever to code a separate branch where she stays human from the middle of the game onward :))) that would be insane Though... it would be a twist... with some heavy agnst on some routes... But no, MC will be made fae, a bit later into the story, and then there will be all the fun options to choose powers and what changes happened to her body. She will generally feel good about it, but I am thinking of adding some feelings of not belonging in her skin for a while... But we're still a long way from there.

How non-con are we talking? Will it be fade 2 black or...

most, if not all the non-con stuff will happen in chapter 2. If you've read Acotar, it's a similar identical situation as with Feyre under the mountain - MC is a prisoner and a plaything to an evil lady who declared herself Queen ( ° ᗜ ° ") But I want to amp up the fairy revel feeling, make it more intoxicating, more degrading, with a lucidity stat that will count how much MC is fighting or letting herself go with the flow. There's a bit more to it, but it won't be revealed anytime soon, so I'll only say this much for now. There will be fade to black option for the scenes themselves, and maybe even some options to not dwell on it/ too painful to think about later on, but it will still be heavily implied that non-con happened. Should I make some bigger, easier to see TWs for this?

Chapter 1 is pure fluff and after escaping in chapter 3, there will be spice, but everything is MC's choice.

yes, well, they could be similar if you squint and maybe only watched reviews not actually read them :)) epic fantasy with more romance is what I'm looking for atm <3 I really don't want to give a deadline, I debated a bit if to even make this blog now or just wait to have the first chapter ready... but alas, here we are ^^ I have the first chapter (and the 3rd :)) ) almost done, but I need to add some scenes and change a few minor things. Each movement catches the light of invisible stars, casting soft glows that dance like stardust. His long, silvery-white hair flows around him like lunar mist, wild and otherworldly. It floats with a weightlessness that defies gravity, haloing a face both sharp and regal. His silver eyes glow like twin moons, unreadable and eternal, always watching with a calm that borders on eerie. There’s an elegant stillness about him, a silence that commands reverence.

Adorned in regal black and cosmic violet, inked with celestial patterns across his chest and shoulders, he is timeless—a being shaped by both shadow and starlight… and your kidnapper, the one responsible for your decade of misery and despair.

His skin is a rich, warm bronze—sun-kissed and dark, like polished mahogany brushed with gold. It glows under the light, a quiet defiance. His sharp cheekbones and long, narrow face give him a regal, almost ethereal look, made all the more intense by the golden eyes that smolder from beneath his dark lashes. His dark, unruly hair falls around him like a storm held at bay, often half-shadowing the glint of his gaze. Around his neck, gold rests heavy—symbols of a court that praises brilliance but rarely kindness.

He is not cruel, only carved from years of being overlooked. Beneath the gold, beneath the practiced poise, is a longing to be seen—for who he is, not who he failed to be. And in his rare, quiet moments, when no one is looking, he turns his golden eyes toward you.

⚔️ Rhevan - The human King - The Bloodbound King - Oathbreaker. 

The Human King is is a legend carved in blood and fire.

His eyes, a rich, earth-dark brown, are deep and steady like tilled soil after rain—patient, knowing, scarred by what they’ve seen. There’s weight in them, the kind that comes not from age, but from choice. He does not flinch from violence, but neither does he revel in it. He carries the cost of his crown behind those eyes.

His body is carved by survival—tall and powerful, yet weathered, with a strength born of necessity, not ornament. His skin is a rich, sun-darkened bronze, marred by old scars and the occasional fresh wound that he wears like history etched in flesh. There’s a brutal honesty to him, as though he would rather be feared than adored—and yet he is loved for that very reason. His hair is a tousled crown deep brown, falling in wild curls that catch the light like dark copper leaves. His jaw is strong, his cheekbones high, and his smile—when it comes as he turns towards you in a dream —is both fierce and unburdened, the kind that feels like summer after a long winter.

The routes are somewhat (loosely) paired thematically in groups of 2, but you will not be locked out of anything until the final mate bond… somewhere towards the middle of the game.
