i CANNOT express how much i want more worldbuilding. jess has done such a good job with it in nevermoor, but i can't help but wish there was more explanation about the different pockets. and the size of the free state?? i mean it has a whole ocean (albertine ocean in the fourth pocket) so i assume it's a fairly large country? or it could be a gulf of mexico situation, where it's accessible through multiple countries (in this case states) but not owned by one specifically? GAH

honestly i'm really glad morrigan is making friends outside of wunsoc because don't get me wrong i LOVE unit 919 but morrigan deserves to make as many friends as physically possible for her. i hope we see lottie and louis again in future books, even if it's just a nice cameo <3
