if there was ever a tv adaptation of the magnus archives i think sasha should be played by the same person as notsasha the whole time.

there are perhaps a few polaroids shown briefly in the background with someone you don't recognize during s1, but they disappear in s2.

in the end, the viewer doesn't remember the 'real' sasha either, because she was never acting in the show. all you have is memories of notsasha.

the first time we actually see the actor in the pictures from s1 is in the flashbacks at the beginning of s5; sasha and tim talking, jon's birthday, sweet memories that just- don't seem quite right, even though you know this is the true version.

i know they didn’t really have another choice but it’s so disappointing that they just tacked a regeneration scene at the end of an episode that initially wasn’t at all meant to be a farewell. ncuti TOTALLY should have had one last special with tons of hype surrounding it where he battles the daleks and saves rogue before exiting the show, something that actually FEELS like a conclusive send-off instead of getting an out-of-nowhere regeneration in an episode that wasn’t even remotely building to it :(

Anyway this is the funniest thing they could have done with Rogue. This should be a recurring joke, he should appear in a screen periodically to deliver a helpful message and say hey, I'm still in superhell, thanks for the superhell, I still love you though, in superhell, and the doctor should just be like. Cool thanks hot guy in superhell who loves me, and just continue to not rescue him from superhell. He's hot but not that hot I guess.

okay. i need people to understand the main issue here. ncuti gatwa is the first (full time) black doctor. his entrance was overshadowed by david tennant. his entire run has been the least watched run, many of you admit you did not watch his era. now, after only 16 episodes and a few specials he has regenerated and all people are talking about is billie piper. do you really not see the issue at all? and don't even get me started on what they did to belinda! i'm so BOGGLED by the amount of disrespect thrown at fifteen. he barely got to BE HIS OWN CHARACTER. we barely know him and he's gone. unreal.

i´m calling it, Billie is not the 16th doctor. no one explicitly said she is the next doctor. she was only introduced as billie piper, not the doctor. she posted on insta about a rose being a rose. this is some bad wolf situation

even though there are many things to critique and many mistakes made in this finale, I don't feel that negative about it as others. it was emotional and I enjoyed watching it

it was worse than the other episodes in this season but in general this season was incredible and possibly one of the best overall. thank you ncuti for this amazing doctor <3
