it was my birthday today. I'm 30 years old. I really didn't have a plan past 2016. I'm lost in life and I want to die

Looking back at all my post I really am just barely hanging on and don't realize it until it's too late

Today I finally had my burn out point and I left work early. I went home and spent the afternoon crying and sleeping.
