Sup people. So I’ve been wanting to get this out for a while and it’s finally polished and here. This is a story I’ve been working on called Solar Melodies. The story is a mashup of different animes and Disney movies and it follows the story of Aelius, Ruby, Morganite, Larimar and Amethyst (the rulers and guardians of the oceans and seas, the flame of life, nature, wind and lighting and the moon. They rule 5 kingdoms Aquatica being the biggest and the center of every other kingdom because it was created the by the princess of the seas and the king of the sun, Phonix, Gaia, Anemoi and Callisto. Each kingdom has their magic pearls who are supposed to be used by their rulers to protect their kingdoms (giving them the ability to be human and transform). These pearls can only be taken if the holder gives the permission to but they can also be neutralized if permission is given. The first arc mostly follows Aelius who has lost his family in a revolution by humans created by his aunt by dark magic and hexes (her erasing humans memories of merfolks making them just a myth in their mind as they are perceived today due to her hatred for Aelius’ father who was a human). In this arc Aelius is dealing with his new life as the found prince of his kingdom named Aquatica. His godfather Thomas is training him to be a good leader and ruler but he has got other plans for himself (to connect with his human side). When he gets into an arranged marriage with Larimar one of his close friends his life shatters as he has found himself to fall in love with a human but can’t do much as his godfather has a prejudice against them given the past history (him being in love with Aelius’ dad and the humans killing him and the rest of Aelius’ family despite being one of their own). Thomas has a son called Benjamin who provides his help where he needs to and is the reason for Aelius to be found 7 (age 16) years after the revolution. However Aelius isn’t the only one who has plans for his life as Thomas evil sister who has absorbing life force in order to be able to use magic who was banished many years ago for trying to overthrow the royal family has also other plans for Aelius in order to get the magic of the pearl in order to be powerful and rule. Tune in for more lore (pls don’t let me flop).
